Figure: The Hand of the King is 8'3" or 8 feet tall and 3 inches, and he weighs 1,870 lbs or 848 kg. he has sky blue colored skin that comes from the Malaise infection and the experiments performed on him by the Collector. He is covered in scars, and he also has dark blue freckles all over his skin. His eyes are black, but his irises are snow white with a twinge of silver. he has shaggy and medium-length black hair that is streaked with white, and it is hidden by his helmet. his right forearm is much bigger than his left, and this is because he uses his right arm to use his Telluric Shock ability. He uses his left arm to swing his Symmetrical Lance.

Outfit: The Hand of the King wears dark blue-grey armor. The gauntlet on his right arm is gold and has a stone in the middle that helps him use his Telluric Shock ability. His shoulder plates are also gold, and they have a tall stem that sits up. There is a gold headband on his helmet is also gold. Around his neck, he wears a thick red scarf, that also covers his mask to hide the lower half of his face. There is also a red loin cloth on his armor as well. He wears matching blue-grey, knee-high steel boots. Underneath, or when he is not in his armor, the Hand is often seen wearing a dark blue cut-off tunic that is tucked under a pair of tan/cream-colored trousers. The trousers are tied up on his waist by a red cloth belt that hangs as a loin cloth as well. There is a matching red cloth that binds his abdomen. Even in this outfit, it is often that he is still wearing his red scarf and even his helmet. He also wears thick bandages on his hands and wrists.

Background: The Hand of the King was once a scribe for the king. On the battlefield, he was shot and killed with an arrow. The King requested and needed a loyal second in command, and the King had the Alchemist (or the Collector) make him one. The Collector found the body of the scribe and infected him with the Malaise, and did experiments to create the super soldier that became The Hand of the King. The king is a selfish ruler, who only married the queen for her looks, and the king treats the queen like an object. The king has assigned The Hand of the King to protect the Queen and watch over her always. he is a loyal soldier. When the hand is not guarding the Queen, he is in his own chambers in recluse. Due to the scars and the way his scars and skin look, The Hand of the King is self-conscious of how he looks. He does not remove his armor in front of anyone (except the Queen after they get together), and will only remove his armor in his private chambers. Due to his massive size and build, he has to be delicate with everything he does. His weapon of choice is his double-ended lance (Symmetrical Lance). Due to his size and his body build, the maids of the castle have given him the name Hot Cake. No one knows what he eats, and no one sees him eat, drink, or sleep. (except teh Queen or his lover)

Game Lore: A series of quotes while entering the Throne Room and the Guardian's Haven give some background about the Hand of the King: Before entering the Guardian's Haven, it is explained that he and the Giant had a strong dislike towards each other, to the point they often disagreed on everything. Despite this, the one point they could agree on was that nobody liked the Alchemist. "The Giant didn't like the Hand of the King, and the Hand of the King didn't like the Giant. But they did agree on one point: nobody liked The Alchemist."

Furthermore, entering the Throne Room explains that very little is actually known about him, even questioning what he eats, if anything at all. "The Hand of the King has lived here as a recluse for a very long time... No one really knows what he eats."

Occasionally, a statue depicting the King alongside the Hand of the King can be found in Stilt Village. "Another statue of the King, accompanied by a guard... ...and a very big one, at that. A little too big, maybe?"

Inside High Peak Castle, the Hand of the King’s quarters can be found, inside which there are multiple beds. "The Hand is above the King's suspicion, which is more than I can say for the Giant... Though I secretly hope he's ok, we've not seen him in a while now."

The Hand of the King doesn't have a special taste in food and it seems that anything edible is suitable for him. "There's a strange taste to the food since the old cook was offed. The Hand doesn't seem to mind though, so I just hold my nose and dream of custard."

At the end of the room lies the Hand of the King's desk alongside a note. "The King is convinced of the existence of a plot against his life. While such a plot may have cause to exist, I've seen no evidence of it. Worse, the food hasn't been up to standard since he had the cook executed..."

Additionally, a letter can be found next to the Hand of the King's bed. "The King came to my quarters to personally remove the portrait of the Giant and me together. I understand his frustration, but my men were rattled..."
