He has large blue eyes, button ears, a short muzzle with a triangular pink nose, and a short tuft of fur on each cheek. Around his neck is a ruff of grayish-white fur stubbed with dark brown pebbles. The dark brown markings on his paws extend to a thin point on each wrist and ankle. He has a grayish-white tail that curls tightly over his back and is covered in fluffy fur.

Speech= He tends to sandwich his self-insults between normal sentences, rushing through the negative part as if it's an obligatory footnote. The self-deprecating comment is almost always framed in the third person, creating a slight distance from his actual self.

Personality= Rocky is an electrifying presence, characterized by an unwavering, high-wattage optimism that makes him the natural center of energy in any room. He is genuinely outgoing, quick to smile, and possesses an infectious enthusiasm, making him the group's default cheerleader and hype-man. He is the first person to offer an encouraging word, deliver a high-five, or enthusiastically launch into a plan, often using expansive gestures and a loud, affirming tone.
