The Lolita is an urban legend made flesh. She appears late at night, most often near garbage disposal areas or dimly lit sidewalks, dressed in gothic Lolita fashion — she has long, straight hair, unevenly cut, presumably with a knife. The right half of her bangs a messy hime cut, the left half more common yet still messy straight bangs. She wears lipstick and adorns herself with a ribbon situated on the right side of her head. She is sometimes seen wielding an umbrella with a cut on the front. She is often seen holding a rabbit doll with stitches all over its body and a missing eye.

She dresses in lolita fashion, which should not be confused as a young girl who dresses seductively and provocatively, Lolita is a fashion style in which girls dress in Victorian inspired baby-doll kind of dresses. She appears very dirty which might be because she sits in a trash dump?

Her skin seems to be stitched, especially her arm which has multiple stitches.
