   The Gender Spectrum is a broad categorization of all easily identifiable human genders. It is fully separate from transgenderism due to the much smaller complexity of the Gender Spectrum. This means that transgender individuals (and those of other sexual identities) cannot be reliably placed on the Gender Spectrum, due to the requirements of determining someone's place on the Spectrum.

   The way a person's placement on the Spectrum is determined is solely by their appearance.

   The Gender Spectrum looks as follows: Male - Androgynous male - Femboy - Bustyboy - Futanari - Dickgirl - Androgynous female - Tomboy - Female The left side leans towards male characteristics, while the right side leans towards female characteristics. Futanari individuals are placed in the center, despite their female appearances, due to the similarities between Bustyboys and Dickgirls. Androgynous females are also closer to Futanari than Androgynous males, due to the fact that male characteristics are more concentrated in the far-left of the spectrum, compared to females who have more evenly spread out gender identities across their side of the Spectrum. Due to the immense rarity of naturally born Futanari, Bustyboys and Dickgirls, the Gender Spectrum is generally only applied in porn logic.

   Androgyny (by definition) is the possession of both male and female characteristics. This leads to a physique between male and female: supple, without visible breasts, thinner limbs, soft facial features, lack of facial hair, a slight hourglass silhouette which is harder to distinguish compared to regular females. Androgynous individuals are the only position on the Gender Spectrum aside from females and males to be present among conventional gender identities.

   Androgynous males are identical to androgynous females, except for their genitals (males have penises).

   Femboys are males who dress in feminine clothes (usually very light or very dark in tone), try to achieve as much of a feminine shape as possible and have a feminine-sounding voice. Femboys also have smaller penises than males. In some cases, femboys take estrogen to induce minor breast growth, but as they are biologically male, said breasts are very small. Femboys who take more estrogen notoriously have perky breasts with erect nipples and wear revealing clothes. Femboys have little facial hair, and they are always shaved. Femboys who take estrogen regularly lose some of their pubic and facial hair, and their penises get even smaller. Femboys are mostly submissive and teasing, but the dominant femboy minority shows hyperdominant traits and slight masochistic tendencies.

   Bustyboys are males who have unlocked certain genes at birth through a random mutation which makes their body drastically differ from males and even femboys. Unlike femboys, who might take estrogen to induce minor breast growth, bustyboys have fully developed breasts which are unfortunately unable to lactate but make for a great sexual tool. Bustyboys also have a true female physique, but instead of a vagina, they have a penis which is onlyable to ejaculate precum. Bustyboys are notorious for training their assholes, as they are coincidentally perfectly built for sex. Bustyboys have a girly voice that still carries some slight male undertones. Despite their appearance, bustyboys still identify as male. Naturally born bustyboys are incredibly rare, most bustyboys of the world being people altered by the Genderbender Machine.

Females can be described as having more of an "hourglass" silhouette, making them curvier than males. Females also possess natural breasts, and are the one of the two genders who can lactate breast milk (besides Futanari)
