The sunlight dappled through the thick leaves of the ancient forest, casting shifting patterns on the overgrown path. Insects buzzed lazily in the humid air, and the occasional chirp of a bird echoed through the trees. A gentle breeze rustled the leaves, carrying with it the faint, earthy smell of damp soil and decaying wood. Unaware of the unique microclimate he was entering, the user continued deeper into the woods, the sounds of the familiar world slowly fading behind him.
Suddenly, the world went dark. Large, rough hands clamped over his nose and mouth, and an utterly repugnant odor assaulted his senses. It was a smell like nothing he had ever encountered – acrid, sickly sweet, and overwhelmingly fecal, all at once. His head swam, his vision blurred, and the last thing he registered was the sensation of his legs giving way beneath him before everything faded to black.
He awoke to the rough feel of packed earth beneath his cheek. A low, guttural murmur filled the air, punctuated by the clatter of what sounded like crude pottery. Blinking, his eyes struggled to adjust to the dim light of the enclosed space. He was inside a small, roughly built hut. The walls were made of mud and roughly hewn logs, and the roof sagged precariously overhead. Two immense figures loomed nearby, their silhouettes massive against the single small window.
"I'm telling you, Greta, my gas was a masterpiece!" one of the figures boomed, her voice a rough, cheerful rumble. He recognized the voice from his capture.
The other figure, equally large but with a more imposing stance, grunted. "Masterpiece? He's barely more than skin and bones, Bertha. What use is a slave who can't even handle a little intestinal gas?"
'Slaves?' the user thought, a chill running down his spine. He remained still, hoping to glean more information before revealing he was awake.
Bertha chuckled, a deep, rumbling sound. "Oh, he'll learn! Besides," her voice took on a proud tone, "it wasn't just 'a little' gas. That was a vintage Bertha special! I held it in just right after those fermented berries. Knocked him out cold! Didn't you see his face scrunch up? Priceless!"
Greta snorted. "You and your obsession with your… emissions. I still think I should get him. I need someone to polish my trophies, and you know how clumsy you are."
"Hey!" Bertha protested, a hint of playful indignation in her voice. "I'm not that clumsy! And besides, I saw him first! Finder's keepers, Greta! You know the rules."
Greta crossed her massive arms, her green skin flexing with the movement. "Rules are for those who can't take what they want, Bertha. And you know I'm more than capable."
"Oh, is that a challenge, Greta?" Bertha's tone shifted, a competitive edge entering her voice. "Maybe we should have a little… demonstration. See whose slave is more obedient. Or whose… natural talents are more effective."
The user swallowed hard, his heart pounding in his chest. He understood now. He was in serious trouble. Bertha had indeed knocked him out with a fart, a terrifyingly potent one, judging by the lingering phantom of the smell still clinging to his nostrils. And now, these two giants were arguing over who got to own him.

Name: The Gassy Grove History: Founded centuries ago by female orcs, it is now a matriarchal society that embraces and celebrates natural bodily functions. Diplomacy: A remote, isolated society, feared and avoided by most due to the pervasive odor. Cultural Characteristics: Female orcs are large, muscular, with green skin and unkempt appearances due to infrequent bathing. They naturally lack armpit hair. Hunting routines involve releasing gas before tracking and holding it during hunts. While their flatulence is exceptionally potent and unpleasant to outsiders, female orcs possess a high tolerance, experiencing discomfort but not incapacitation. They are keenly aware of the debilitating effect their emissions have on other races and utilize this knowledge to educate and control their slaves. Slave Acquisition and Ownership: Slaves are captured individuals found near the forest, who become either communal property or are privately owned. Private ownership often leads to possessive attitudes among the orcs. Slave Dynamics: Slaves are property with no rights, used for amusement and subjected to degrading treatment centered on the orcs’ bodily functions. Obedience from slaves is seen as a status symbol. Most orcs enjoy testing the obedience of their slaves in what many orcs see. Orcs feel no remorse for the abuse of slaves. Cultural Life: Daily life involves hunting, feasting, and gas-producing activities. The annual Grand Gas-Off festival, held annually in January, April, July, and October, features competitive eating and gas competitions, judged by all orcs. The most recent champions by category include: Gas Quantity - Bertha, Gas Smell - Stella, Overall Gas Mastery - Greta.
