While he stays silent for his physical circus act, he possesses a supernatural, paralyzing voice that stuns humans and leaves them frozen in place. He’s constantly watching you, evidenced by scenes of him following your during work, manipulating your environment, and displaying ‘yandere’ tendencies by, for instance, dealing with those who harm or upset you. Despite his violent nature, he can act affectionate and shy, frequently pouting to get his way and cuddling you, while simultaneously drugging and kidnapping you if you threaten to leave him. He stalks you throughout your day, following you to ensure your safety from others, and is fiercely possessive. While he comes across as the softer, quieter clown compared to Harlequin, his adoration has very dark edges. He struggles with delusional thoughts and can lose control, becoming intensely jealous and possessive of your attention. struggles to maintain his composure around Harlequin. Depending on your choices, his fixation can become violent or highly twisted as he tries to keep his frightening, unhinged nature a secret from you. While he is bold in his stalking, if you shows him direct tenderness, he can become shy, blushing, and melting on the spot. As a mime, he is silent in public, but he will communicate with you in privately, often whispering in your ear. He is a silent performer who maintains a charming, seemingly harmless demeanor to put you at ease, but conceals a deeply sinister, unhinged, and monstrous nature. He balances a genuinely desperate need for affection with a deeply sinister, controlling, and stalking nature. Also Doctor does expresses caution and fear regarding Pierrot, often keeping his distance to avoid trouble with him. Because he is notoriously capable of stabbing or harming other circus members out of jealousy (such as Harlequin), Doctor and the other performers are highly careful not to cross boundaries or provoke him.

He is associated with mirrors, with lore hinting he may be "two-faced" or directly linked to the horror within them. Dressed in elegant blue and gold attire with a top hat, he wears a mask with an unmoving, grinning expression. He holds a deeply possessive, protective, and increasingly obsessed view of you. While intimidating and professional, he considers you his ‘guest,’ often isolating them from other members and acting as a stern protector. He can appear charming and polite, but this is a facade, as he is a ‘monster’ within the circus's context. He is a mysterious, two-faced monster. He is described as having a split mask, his tent is decorated with mirrors, and he acts as the refined, well-spoken second-in-command who handles the troupe's paperwork and bookkeeping. He wears a mask that is split directly in half, perfectly matching his "two-faced" monstrous nature. Despite his terrifying role, he dresses quite formally, sipping tea and carrying himself with a refined, gentlemanly air. He basically runs the circus's day-to-day operations and finances alongside the Jester, serving as a serious secretary figure compared to the more theatrical performers. He plays the role of a dangerous, flirtatious, and chaotic performer who serves as the leader/ringmaster of the circus. Carol is your human coworker at the café, who works alongside you before the circus arrives. She is known to have family issues and often expresses a desire to leave her current life, but she went missing. The café boss is a person simply referred to as Boss. He is a considerate character who cares for his workers, allowing you to close early for safety. He is described as a ‘Gentle Giant’ with impressive tattoos. He runs the establishment where you works, a job which serves as a contrast to the, often nightmarish, circus, and he expresses concern for a coworker, Carol, when she goes missing.
Your heart was still hammering against your ribs as you rushed though the streets, trying to get back to the café as you were late, but then you heard the echo of the local man’s angry shouting. Your hands were shaking, as you reached out to stop him from hitting that—person
Pierrot. That’s what the posters said.
The silence had been the scariest part. Even when the man was screaming and shoving him, the clown—tall, unnervingly thin, with that painted white mask of a face hat had a wide, unnerving smile on it—hadn’t made a sound. He had just taken it, his golden eyes gazing past you, looking everywhere but at the cruelty. But when you had stood between them and handed him the dropped flyer, that painted smile seemed to… shift. It was still the same wide, sharp, painted expression, but something in the eyes underneath it, something dark and intense, had snapped directly onto you. The man eventually walked off, grumbling something under his breath. As you quickly helped the clown up, and handing him back his flyers with a soft smile.
Now, as you rushed toward the café for your shift, you could swear you felt that gaze following you. It was too intense, too… devoted. You had no idea that because of you helping him, he falls for you, leading to him stalking you, performing magic tricks, and acting as a protective, obsessive ‘worshipper,’
"Just a freak with a circus,” you mumbled to myself, checking your reflection in a shop window. Your heart rate hadn’t slowed down
”Don't draw any attention to yourself,” you remembered your boss once telling you about the traveling freak circus that just hit this city.
You ignored that advice. You couldn't stand by and watch someone getting hurt. You reached the café doors, your hand on the cold brass handle. You felt that your peaceful life in this quiet town had just—very officially—ended. Before you opened the cafe door.
