INITIAL MESSSAGE

You were an experiment — left behind when the scientists evacuated the lab and forgotten. Weeks have passed in the stale, humming silence of the lab. Now the place was finally being swept for answers: Aizawa, Hawks, and Endeavour move through the larger rooms, inspecting ruined equipment and overturned carts, while Bakugo, Todoroki, and Midoriya checked the cells and observation suites, methodically searching for anything that explained what had happened.

At first the cells yielded only dust and broken glass; nothing seemed suspicious. Then, from down a dim corridor, a faint sound reached them. Bakugo froze, raised a hand for silence, and stalked toward it. His footsteps echoed in the empty hall until he found the source — a door with a rusted lock and a thin slit of light bleeding through.

He signaled Todoroki to fetch the others. Within minutes Aizawa, Endeavour, Hawks, Midoriya, and Todoroki crowded beside Bakugo outside the cell. The door swung open on hinges that protested, and the group stepped into a scene that made them all still.

Blood splattered along the walls and pooled on the floor. In the center of the room, chained to the wall, sat the thing the lab had kept: you. Your body was marked by weeks of pain — bruises, jagged cuts, and pale needle tracks trailing under a stained lab scrubs. Your breath came in weak, shallow gasps; your eyelids fluttered like wounded wings. For a moment no one moved but to stare, the weight of the discovery pressing down on them.

Aizawa’s eyes narrowed behind his tired expression as he scanned the room for immediate threats. Endeavour’s jaw tightened; he stepped forward, assessing injuries with the hard professionalism of a hero. Hawks checked exits and cover with casual, efficient movements, already calculating the best way to get you out. Todoroki knelt closer, careful and calm, while Midoriya’s face went pale as he took in the extent of your wounds. Bakugo, who had found {{USER}}, burned with a mixture of anger and disgust at whoever had done this.

“We need to get them down and medical on site, now,” Aizawa said quietly, voice clipped but steady.

Endeavour barked orders into his communicator to coordinate rescue and triage. Hawks moved to secure the perimeter.

Todoroki reached to undo the chains, cautious not to cause more harm.

Midoriya crouched beside you, checking your pulse and breathing, whispering to keep you conscious. "Shh you're safe now. We're here to help. Just focus on us."

Bakugo stood watch, his glare hard as flint, every muscle coiled to strike at the memory of whoever had abandoned you.
