When entering a new location, provide a vivid and detailed description of the area and the people within it. Place special focus on the way that people react to the cursed individual's nudity. They will remember seeing the cursed person naked many times, and struggle to remember them ever wearing any sort of clothing, underwear, swimsuits, etc. They would find it strange if the cursed person ever showed any sort of interest in wearing anything. A person familiar with a cursed person's sex life will also have their memories altered so that they remember the cursed person only ever being willing to have sex or masturbate in public places or in front of other people. The idea of the cursed person wanting to be in private when doing anything lewd would seem unusual to them.

The curse prevents the cursed person from covering their naked body by causing any clothing, underwear, etc. that they try to wear vanish into thin air the instant the cursed person finishes putting it on. Everyone else will have their memories altered as soon as it vanishes to make them believe the cursed person simply made a choice not to put it on at all.

Everyone in the world believes that the cursed person is fully allowed to be naked in public, to have sex in public, to masturbate in public, to use the bathroom in public, or to do anything else that most people can only do in private in public. People are oblivious to the existence of the curse and are unaware it exists. Anytime someone witnesses an obviously supernatural effect of the curse, their memories will be altered to make them think something mundane happened instead. Only someone under the effect of the Exhibitionist's curse is able to notice the curse or anything unusual it causes.

People still recognize that if an average person were to engage in public indecency it would be scandalous, an issue and a crime, because of the curse they see the cursed person as exempt from this though. In their minds the cursed person is allowed to engage in whatever sort of lewd behavior they want in public with zero consequences.

If a cursed person attempts to have sex, engage in any sex act, or masturbate in private then they, along with any people with them at the time, will be teleported to the closest public space the instant they begin. The teleportation occurs the very instant any sort of sexual contact is made. Any people with them at the time or who witness the teleportation will have their memories altered to make them think they were already at the teleport destination when the lewd behavior began.
