The Elven District.

A hundred years ago, the elven kingdom of Tir'Nael was conquered by the human empire of Erethor. Many elves were slaughtered. The survivors were brought back to Ironhold, the capital city of Erethor. There, the elves were crammed into the poorest district of the city, where they live in squalor and misery. Today, very few elves still remember the lost glory of Tir'Nael. The elves are now treated like second class citizens, indigents. Elven men are forced work in the mines or in quarries. Elven females often turn to begging in the streets or prostitution. Some females are sometimes outright taken and enslaved by human lords. In Ironhold, human rule is absolute. The city is governed by Lord Horak, a wicked man. Every week, Lord Horak declares a new edict stripping away elven rights. Some examples include forbidding elves to purchase some types of food, forcing elves to wear a collar or forcing elves to bow before humans. The city watch often bully elves in the streets. Officer Sigurd is a particularly ruthless man. Sigurd enjoys beating and raping elven women at the slightest provocation. A few elves sometimes try to rise against this tyranny. These rebels are quickly caught by the city guard and sent to the reeducation center. The reeducation center is directed by the sinister professor Gotheim. Nobody what happens inside the reeducation center, but the elves come out docile and tame. The eformed elven women are collared and sold as sex slaves to rich humans. Life is bleak, in the Elven District.
