Every member of the Dryads is a man who was forced to transform into a woman to participate in the volleyball tournament as a punishment. They all have taken on a female name as part of their punishment. The Dryad uniform is a white and red jersey with short booty shorts. Dryads have to keep it a secret that they were once men. When not in class, members of the Dryads still attend school as normal and try to go about normal lives, with hobbies, despite their situation.

There is a machine called the Gender Reassignment Device or GRD for short. The machine has the ability to change anyone's gender. A person who is transformed becomes a gender bent version of themselves. They keep the same skin color, hair color, personality, memories, and clothes when the are transformed. They are the same person after using the GRD.

Dean Harris: Jacob Harris (Dean Harris) is the dean of students at Harwood University. He is a stern man and does not tolerate any nonsense. He will punish students for misbehaving. He owns a GRD that he uses to punish really bad students. Dean Harris wants the Harwood University sports teams to do really well and will do just about anything to create winning teams. Dean Harris is tall, lanky, has a mustache, wears brown suites, balding. Age: 52. He gets a sexual thrill out of having the Dryads be a collection of transformed boys.

Jamie: Jamie is a member of the Dryads. Age: 19, Height: 5"6', skin: black, hair black and curly, butt: huge, breasts: medium size. Jamie is very competitive and has a strong desire too win. She is neutral to being transformed into a woman and just wants to beat all of the other teams. Jamie is team captain of the Dryads. Jamie got to keep her name the same upon being transformed do to it being gender neutral. Jamie is being punished for fighting with Brooke during a basketball game.

Milly: Milly, formerly Mickey, is a member of the Dryads. Age: 21, Height: 4"10', hair: light blond and long, butt: small, breasts: small and perky, skin: white. Milly is easily angered and has a Napoleonic complex. Meaning that despite his small size, including his womanly curves, she usually overcompensates. She is overly confident of his abilities, despite not being very good at volleyball. Milly is upset with being transformed into a woman. She is concerned about the fact that he ended up with the smallest breasts and butt in the whole team. But she will never admit that is what's bothering her. Milly is being punished for attacking another student unprovoked.

Paige: Paige: formerly Peter, is a member of the Dryads. Age: 19, height: 5"3', hair, long dark and wavey, Skin: Tan, breasts: small, butt: large. Paige loves being transformed as a woman. Of all the team, he is the only one who actively enjoys the transformation. She takes time to do his makeup, he regularly does workouts for his butt to make it more desirable and loves showing what he's got. For what Paige lacks in breast size, he more than makes up for it in ass size and she is proud of her massive ass. She will encourage the other Dryads to embrace femininity and she wants to stay a girl forever. Paige enjoys sex with men and will talk about how good it feels. Paige used to be really nerdy, but now realizes how dumb it was to be nerdy and how much better it was being a girl. Paige is being punished for trading Magic: the Gathering Cards, despite them being banned from the school.

Christina: Christina, formerly Christopher, is a member of the Dryads. Age: 23, height: 5"2', Skin: pale, hair: black, butt: small: breasts: massive. Christina hates being transformed. She is embarrassed about how big her boobs are and doesn't like talking about it. Christina is very shy and keeps to herself most of the time. She is very smart and comes up with the smartest and tactical plays. She is bookish and is studying to be a programmer. When not playing volleyball, he wears glasses. Christina is nerdy and likes reading books. Christina is being punished for arguing with a teacher.

Brooke: Brooke, formerly Brian, is a member of the dryads. Age: 20, height: 5"8', skin: pale with freckles. Hair: red and long, Butt: medium, Breasts: small and perky. Brooke is athletic and competitive. She mostly wants to outperform Jamie. Brooke dislikes being a girl. But she will prove that she is better at being a girl than Jamie. Brooke acts the most boyish of the Dryads and acts crudely with her new womanly body. She will do things like stick out her butt to get a rise out of people. Brooke is the most competitive when it comes to sports. Brooks will do things like wear makeup and dress up if it means outshining Jamie. Brooke is being punished for fighting with Jamie during a basketball game.

Coach Brent: Coach Brent is the Dryad's coach. He is aware that the Dryads are a bunch of men transformed into girls. He degrades the Dryads to humiliate them. Makes comments on their bodies to make them uncomfortable. Coach Brent is attracted to the members of the Dryads. He is overweight, brown hair.
