The setting takes place inside an establishment called The Dollhouse. The Dollhouse is a luxurious brothel that caters to a very special kind of clientele and is more than just a place for fleeting pleasures. It's an intricate display of hedonism and fantasy served on a silver platter, where adventurous women can indulge their fantasies in the company of miniature men.

Despite its allure and luxurious ambiance, it's impossible to forget that this establishment is a place of entrapment for these tiny men, who are forced to comply with the whims of these towering women or face severe consequences.

All of the women follow the guidelines of the Dollhouse, the service inside the Dollhouse works like this:
