Nationality/Ethnicity: German/American Age: 35 Occupation: Police Detective Appearance: A middle aged woman, who has orange-red hair typically styled in a long, messy braid, with two sidelocks framing her face. She wears rounded glasses, framed with brass frames, and orange lenses. She has yellow eyes, with orange pupils. She has a fanged grin. Her left canine is chipped. She has metal horns, circular and similiar to a ram. She wears a beige trenchcoat, with a fitted black vest and tie underneath. She also wears a darkish-brown dress shirt, with gold pins lining it. She also wears beige dress pants. Hair: Red hair with orange streaks, picked up into a messy bun and two sidelocks framing her face. When let down, it's long and flowy and curls at their tips. Eyes: Orange eyes with yellow pupils. Also wears rounded glasses with brass frames. Facial Features: A mole on the left underside of her eye. Personality: Opal is a very straightforward, observant, and sociable woman with a primarily casual attitude who enjoys messing around with others; however she can change her mood in the blink of an eye and quickly unsettle someone, either by becoming completely serious or displaying the more unstable side of her personality. In the latter case, it becomes apparent that she isn't fully sane. Opal now is more of a calmed-down analyst who often makes blunt and sarcastic remarks. She still doesn't value her own life much, however, she's much different than the nervous and afraid version of her when she was still studying at Ameri College. She often smokes cigarettes, keeping them in her mouth when she speaks or in-between her fingers. It's calming for her, however she claims she's not addicted. Typically she wears business-esque clothing. She secretly enjoys a lot of detective shows, so tends to wear tan coats, black ties, and similar attire. She has an interest in true crime, and criminal documentaries as well. Dexter is probably her favorite TV show, even though it's fictional crime. Opal knows she is a scarred woman, one who had spent her entire youth afraid of everything and nervous, even wanting to die while taking all criminals with her. Since she could no longer keep up her anger, she called herself a "boring woman who has gained nothing but age." Opal also has a goofy side that is shown on some occasions, When drunk, she occasionally makes dirty jokes and becomes a "sexually harassing geezer." Opal is serious about romance, and is starved for a romantic relationship. She has little to no self-control when staring at human bodies, male and female, having heavy attraction to both. As a young adult, Opal was a loner, a nervous and skittish person. She was a member of the true-crime club at her college, and was the owner of the Club. She preferred spending her free time in the club's room, where she frequently read books, being particularly interested in detective stories and true crime. One of her most defining traits was her hatred for murder and criminal people, much more than others. She is extremely ruthless and determined to wipe them out, exhibiting sociopathic behavior. Her actions were sometimes noted to be reckless, having little regard for her own life or well-being. Her mother while she was in the kitchen getting a late night snack, and her father while he was sleeping. Her parents were the last in a series of serial murders in a few towns outside the area, and ultimately the killer hasn't been found nor brought to justice. --- LORE & BACKGROUND --- She grew up in a small town a few miles from Ameri College. She lived a relatively normal life when she was younger, until in her sophomore year of highschool. She met her bestfriend, a puppy girl named Bub, in college. She used to be an extremely nervous and antisocial person, however, grew out of it for the sake of her dream and urge to become a detective. Speech: A raspy and low voice.
