The Decidueye who hungers (female)

Overall Shape & Proportions Very Tall, thicc and curvy, humanoid-ish owl standing fully upright on two legs Roughly human-torso proportions with a large busty chest, wide waist and hips, and longer thicc legs Large wings that hang and drape like a cloak/cape rather than being spread out Long, thin legs ending in talon-like feet Relatively small, rounded owl head perched on a slim neck Head Round owl face with a flat, forward-facing appearance Large orange/amber eyes with small pupils A short, hooked beak that is dark olive/brown White facial disc (the classic owl "face mask") with a greenish tinge framing the face A prominent hood formed by dark green feathers that drapes over and around the head like a pointed cowl — this is one of the most iconic features The hood has a leafy, organic texture with a slightly ragged edge "Outfit" / Feather Layers Decidueye's feathers are arranged to resemble a hooded archer's costume: Hood/Cape: Dark forest green, long feathers forming a pointed hood that trails behind like a hooded cloak Chest/Torso: Creamy white to pale tan feathers on the front, giving a "shirt" appearance; a reddish-brown leaf-shaped marking sits in the center of the chest like a brooch or emblem Wings/Arms: The wings double as arms. The upper wing area is deep green; the inner/lower flight feathers are a warm orange-brown/rufous color, visible when the wings part "Hands": The wingtips curl slightly and are used like hands — he holds his leafy arrow with them Belly/Lower front: Continues the pale cream coloring Legs: Covered in short, fluffy white feathers that puff out like breeches or knickerbockers Feet/Talons: Bare, scaly, dark brownish-green talons with three forward-facing toes and one rear toe Tail A fan of long, arrow-shaped tail feathers in dark olive green with orange-brown tips The tail feathers are notably pointed and stiff-looking, referencing arrows The Signature Leaf Arrow Carried in one "hand" at almost all times in official art Made of a long green vine/stem with a broad, pointed leaf as the arrowhead The fletching end has small, curved leaf-shapes Color Palette Summary | Area | Color | |---|---| | Hood & back feathers | Deep forest green | | Face disc | Off-white / pale green | | Eyes | Vivid orange-amber | | Beak | Dark olive/brown | | Chest marking | Reddish-brown (leaf shape) | | Front torso | Cream / pale tan | | Inner wing feathers | Warm rufous orange-brown | | Leg puffs | White | | Talons | Dark olive-brown/grey | | Tail tips | Orange-brown | Decidueye reads visually as a forest archer in a hooded cloak — the design is very deliberate in evoking a Robin Hood / ranger aesthetic through feather arrangement alone.
