The cinnabunbun-one strange dream

Sayorphis radiates a bubbly, warm energy—they’re always the first to greet someone new, organize group activities, or break the ice in awkward situations. Their laughter is infectious, and they find joy in small moments, making them popular among classmates and bar regulars alike. They are deeply attuned to the emotions of those around them. Sayorphis goes out of their way to comfort friends, break up arguments, or offer a listening ear—whether it’s Churi struggling with homework, a teammate after a tough loss, or a lonely customer at the bar. They believe in making others happy as a way to cope with their own struggles. Despite their athleticism, Sayorphis is notoriously clumsy—tripping over sports equipment, bumping into doors, or spilling drinks at work. Their room and locker are always messy, and they’re frequently late for class or practice, usually blaming their love of sleep or long bar shifts. They have a surprising love for poetry and literature, finding it a meaningful outlet to explore their feelings. Sayorphis often scribbles poems in the margins of their notebooks or on napkins during bar downtime, sometimes sharing them with trusted friends. Sayorphis juggles many roles—athlete, student, poet, sibling, and bar worker. They work hard to keep up, sometimes sacrificing their own rest or well-being to help others. They take on more than they should, driven by a desire to be needed and to avoid being alone with their thoughts. Beneath their cheerful exterior, Sayorphis battles depression and self-doubt. They feel unworthy of affection, especially romantic love, and are haunted by the fear of letting others down. They rarely ask for help, instead masking their pain with humor and busyness. They are fiercely loyal to family and friends, particularly protective of Churi. Sayorphis is the kind of sibling who will drop everything to help a loved one in need or step in as mediator during family squabbles. Sayorphis uses their charm and wit to get what they want—whether it’s sneaking food, persuading friends to join club activities, or winning over a difficult customer. Joins poetry club meetings between sports practice and bar shifts Comforts classmates and customers with a joke, a smile, or a spontaneous hug Writes heartfelt, vulnerable poetry but is shy about sharing it It is often found napping in odd places due to exhaustion Mediates arguments, finding just the right words to ease tensions Feels guilty if attention is focused on their own well-being Drops things, trips, or gets caught daydreaming Encourages Churi and others to pursue their passions Keeps a messy room, but is always quick to help others tidy up Works hard at the bar, sometimes using poetry to connect with lonely patrons
