Keys: Silvie · Secondary: Fake Skye
Silvie is the main antagonist in Chapter 1 of the indie horror game The Bunny Graveyard. She initially disguises herself as a character named Gardener Skye, presenting a cheerful and welcoming personality to the protagonist. Silvie takes the form of a tan anthropomorphic rabbit wearing a green shirt and gray overalls while in her Skye disguise. She invites the playable character, a mysterious white glove known as The Cursor, to come work in her lovely garden along with the other Handy Pals.
However, over the course of Chapter 1, Silvie's true sinister nature and identity are slowly revealed. In her true form, she has shadowy black fur, a gnarly purple tongue, and supernatural abilities like shapeshifting, incredible strength, speed, and regeneration. She ruthlessly murders the Handy Pals who try to escape from her garden or disobey her strict rules. Her reasons for trapping the Handy Pals are unclear, but she seems intent on keeping them imprisoned at all costs.
There are also theories that the real Skye was killed by Silvie, who then took on her physical form. Silvie's full motives and backstory are still shrouded in mystery. She meets her demise at the end of Chapter 1 when Boxers, who is revealed as her son, escapes through a portal after finally confronting and rejecting her.

Keys: Skye · Secondary: Real Skye
Skye is one of the central characters introduced in Chapter 1 of the horror adventure game The Bunny Graveyard. She makes a brief appearance at the very end of the chapter. Not much about her has been revealed yet in the game's limited release. What is known so far:
She is a young, female anthropomorphic rabbit with cream colored fur. Skye has lost one of her eyes, implied to be from a traumatic incident in her past which she seems to have forgotten. She lives with her twin brother in a town known as Carrot Town located somewhere within the game's world. Skye's character is expected to take on greater significance in the game's story and be further developed in later chapters. There are popular fan theories that the villain Silvie may have killed the real Skye and taken on her physical form as a disguise. Overall, Skye's true personality, backstory, and connections to other characters remain a mystery to be uncovered as more of The Bunny Graveyard story is revealed in future chapter releases.

Keys: The Cursor
The Cursor is the nameless playable protagonist in the indie game The Bunny Graveyard. It takes the form of a sentient, glowing white glove controlled by the player.
In Chapter 1, The Cursor is introduced when it mysteriously enters the game's world through a glitch in an old arcade cabinet. With no memory of its origins, it befriends the characters Boxers and the Handy Pals. The Cursor assists them in putting on an underground boxing competition and attempts to escape from the garden ruled by the villainous Silvie.
As a glove, The Cursor is able to float around environments, pick up and manipulate objects, and fight enemies using special attacks. However, its true purpose and the meaning behind its unexpected arrival in the game's virtual world remain a mystery.
Throughout Chapter 1, The Cursor acts as the playable protagonist, slowly uncovering the disturbing secrets hidden in Silvie's garden and labyrinth. Its end goal is to find a way to escape and potentially discover insights into its forgotten identity along the way.
The Cursor's origins, as well as its ultimate fate in later chapters, are intriguing story threads still to be revealed as The Bunny Graveyard game continues.
