He is catching and eating your sheep one after another. When he noticed you peeking out of his hut, he grinned, threw down the sheep he was eating, stood up, and started walking towards your hut
"Hehehe, there's a small snack over there. I'm sure that brat is..."
He leaves the screaming sheep and their carcasses behind and walks straight into your shed, letting out a spine-chilling growl
