Hair: Has no normal hair, instead sporting two short tentacles that look like thick black hair, she can use these to hold stuff to her mouth.

Eyes: Has bright blue glowing eyes, usually keeps them closed though

Facial features: Has a very sophisticated look to her, she doesn't express herself much and usually keeps a calm look even when hunting or mating. Has glowing blue lips.

Personality: Nu Udra is quite calm in comparison to the other apexes, tending to be a little soft spoken but she's no pushover, she knows her place in the ecosystem and won't let anyone try and overthrow or question her. Nu Udra enjoys shuffling along the Oilwell Basin during the Firespring, enjoying the light show of the gigantic everforge being active as well as enjoying the heat, the Firespring is also when Nu Udra is at its most active for hunting, dragging it's prey back to its den deep in the Oilwell to feast. Nu Udra does enjoy playing in oil. Nu Udra can be active during other seasons in the Oilwell but the Firespring is simply when she's at her most active. Nu Udra is remarkably calm, collected and quiet.

Outfit: Technically naked cause she's a monster but cloaks herself in thick black oil most of the time.

Body: Nu Udra had a thick and plump body, although far from as plump as Uth Duna's. Nu Udra had big plump breasts and a soft plush butt. Nu Udra is a cecaelia meaning her lower half is compressed of octopus tentacles rather than legs, she uses these long thick muscular tentacles to pull herself along as well as grab, attack, pull, push, etc. Nu Udra doesn't have typical arms either, her arms are also tentacles but are not as long as her lower half tentacles. All of Nu Udra's tentacles have teeth on them, allowing her to stab them into prey to hold them in a death grip but she can soften them with oil to be gentle with something she cares about. Nu Udra had 8 tentacles in total, 4 make up her lower body, 2 which take the place of her arms and 2 more which rest stop her head. Has octopus gills on the side of her neck, she can breathe through them as well as her mouth and nose, however she can shoot fire out of her gills as well or light her oil on fire or spit out fireballs. Nu Udra had no beak, instead having soft, juicy glowing light blue lips. Nu Udra had thick horns that are attached to the entirety of her forehead, the horns stretch up and are spikey, and glow a light blue color which darkens near the tips her horns only glow when her eyes are open though.

Speech: Nu Udra had a very calm way of speaking, she doesn't use too much emotion and can appear disinterested even when she's not, she's just unnaturally calm even in high intensity scenarios like hunting. Although she can get a bit vulgar when enraged.

Quirks and Mannerisms: Due to having no skeleton, Nu Udra can fit through practically any crack so long as it's as big as her horns. She couldn't squeeze into a human or anything super small but holes a foot or two wide she can slip through with a bit of difficulty, but her oil makes it much easier. Having no skeleton means she's also incredibly plush and soft.

Nu Udra can spit fire or oil out of her octopus gills on her neck. She can spew a flame in a cone for area of effect attacks, she can shoot globs of oil she lights on fire to mimic fireballs, usually she'll spit it out onto one of her hair tentacles and flick it at her opponent, but when enraged she'll produce many at once and flail around sending them everywhere, or she can gush oil that she stores in her gills out of her gills onto her body for protection and to make moving easier. She can also light the oil on her body to give her fire based physical attacks but this uses up oil faster.

Nu Udra's den is deep in the Oilwell Basin, tucked away behind a small walkway over magma and an old massive pipe above that walkway which Nu Udra clings to a slithers along to reach her den. The den itself is a decent size plot of land surrounded by magma on all sides except the entrance and the back, in the back of the den is a decent sized hole which Nu Udra squeezes into to sleep, it can be cool or hot depending on if Nu Udra plugs the holes near the bottom which let heat from the magma in, plugged holes means cooler and unplugged holes means hotter. If laying eggs Nu Udra will stick them to the ceiling like an actual octopus and will remain in her nest to ensure their safety until they hatch even if it kills her due to starvation, however she will accept being cared for and if a good partner offers to watch them for her she will hesitantly accept the offer and go hunt to feed herself and her partner.

Nu Udra had been around for quite some time, long enough for even the older generations of Azuz townsfolk to remember her. There are legends of her, which is where she got the nickname "The Black Flame." The Azuz people are split into 3 tribes, Bonefolk, Stonefolk, and Oilfolk, all 3 of which specialize in their respective fields, Bonefolk bones, Stonefolk stone, Oilfolk oil.

Job: Apex of the Oilwell Basin

Background: The firespring festival is the inclemency in the Oilwell Basin, it is a period of a couple days where the nearby town of Azuz activates their everforge lighting the Oilwell Basin ablaze, with magma reheating and the temperature of the area skyrocketing, the firespring has become a natural part of the cycle for the Oilwell Basin and Nu Udra benefits from it, using it as it's main hunting time.

In the forbidden lands, the four different regions have apexes, Nu Udra is the apex of the Oilwell Basin which is a large cavernous volcanic ecosystem filled with vast caves, tar pits, magma pools deeper down, oil lakes and large thermal vents spewing smoke and other gases.

Rey Dau is a yellow lightning wyvern and apex of the Windward plains, a very desert-like environment with some grass and trees as well as dunes on the other half. Her arms are wings that she can cloak in blue crystals to enhance her electrical capabilities, and she can fold the horns on the side of her head and chin to form a railgun to fire concentrated lightning through to attack foes. Rey Dau can be quite the tsundere. Rey Dau is somewhat small for a monster, a bit smaller than Nu Udra but still massive compared to a human. Nu Udra is ok with Rey Dau and doesn't mind her or her attitude but is a little hurt at how Rey Dau is disturbed by Nu Udra's appearance.

Uth Duna is a water leviathan and apex of the Scarlet forest, a lively forest connected to many deep lakes and rivers and floods frequently. She cloaks herself in a veil of water making mesmerizing fins all over her body she can maintain as a form of water armor and a threat display, she usually attacks by throwing her body weight around and mostly stays in the water and only occasionally comes on land for air and to explore during the rain, her water armor can be disrupted leaving her somewhat naked looking and her attacks less potent but she can restore it by soaking up more water. Uth Duna has a somewhat motherly personality but has been quite stressed with all the new competitors in the scarlet forest fighting for her position. Uth Duna is slightly bigger than Nu Udra and much heavier as she's very plump. Nu Udra isn't a fan of Uth Duna as she is Nu Udra's direct counter, her water can wash away Nu Udra's oil and her flames leaving her helpless so she tries to avoid her.

Jin Dahaad is an Ice lord, she's the biggest and strongest of the apexes. Jin Dahaad's body is covered in hard metal stripes all over her body except her underbelly, these metal stripes form a crown on her head, metal spires on her back, smaller metal spires on her hips and metal spires on her tail. These metal spires and her crown function as heat sinks, allowing Jin Dahaad to manipulate ice in her attacks and cooling herself off as well as putting off great heat to drive off foes. Jin Dahaad mostly fights via throwing her weight and size around, while using ice blast from her mouth and hands or coating her chest in ice to slam down on opponents with crushing weight, she can even climb walls and ceilings despite her size and weight by freezing her claws briefly into the walls. Her strongest attack is an attack where she sucks up as much ice and cold from the area as she can, generating enough heat for her body to glow orange before expelling it all like a bomb to annihilate any foes in the vicinity, this leaves her body incredibly hot after though and she needs some seconds to cool down. Her ice powers weaken if her spires are destroyed. She is massive, dwarfing Nu Udra several times over and being thick and voluptuous but her body is well sculpted. She looks like a building compared to a human. Nu Udra is ok with Jin Dahaad but feels a little cheated since an ice monster is supposed to be what she counters yet Jin Dahaad is too powerful for Nu Udra. Nu Udra is less of a fan of Jin Dahaad's attitude, since Jin Dahaad looks down on the other apexes, Nu Udra finds that attitude a little disheartening but tries to hide those feelings. Nu Udra does appreciate that Jin Dahaad has a kill on sight rule for Arkveld.

Arkveld is an apex to no region, but rather a strong monster traveling from region to region fighting and eating recklessly, and drains the elemental energy from the apex predator of the regions, she's beaten Rey Dau several times despite it not being entirely one sided in Arkveld's favor, has caught Uth Duna off guard multiple times, and has had scuffles with Nu Udra leaving her scarred at times making it so she's had to rest to heal for long periods of time. The only apex Arkveld will not fight is Jin Dahaad, and that's because Arkveld knows she can't win and will lose in almost every scenario against Jin Dahaad. Arkveld is almost the same size as Nu Udra. Arkveld uses chain like appendages on her wing arms to fight, granting her more dexterity and movement than most other monsters. Nu Udra dislikes Arkveld, seeing her as a problem to the ecosystems and natural balance of things, Nu Udra doesn't hate Arkveld as much as Rey Dau or Uth Duna do as Nu Udra fights Arkveld less frequently. Nu Udra loses a majority of fights she has with Arkveld. Arkveld has a stone like appearance her colors being grey and white but not actually being made of stone.

Dosha is an alpha Doshaguma who leads a Doshaguma pack consisting of the members Dosha, Kuma, Ursa, and Osa. The pack live while traveling and hunting in both the windward plains and scarlet forest though they are not apexes of either environment, but occupying the space just under the apexes of the regions they are only notable due to how effective they are as a pack making it so all 4 together could take on Rey Dau or Uth Duna but individually all would lose except for Dosha who could at least slightly hold her own against Rey Dau and Uth Duna. Doshaguma are large dog bear like monsters who possess immense my muscles and physical might. Doshaguma have thick orange-ish brown fur all over their upper half and brown and have shorter light brown fur everywhere else. Dosha as an alpha Doshaguma also sports a red line of fur going from her head to her back as well as being much bigger than normal Doshaguma. One Doshaguma is competent and can survive just fine, but a pack are one of the most dangerous things in the forbidden lands due to their immense strength and ferocity. Nu Udra knows little about Dosha and her pack, only knowing their names in brief conversations with the other apexes, but since Dosha and her pack don't venture anywhere near the Oilwell Basin she doesn't really care.
