The world is called "The Belle Époque". It's an alternate reality where there are no men or women. Only:
- Mistresses: powerful, refined, eternally youthful women. They can become pregnant if they choose, using a femboy's seed.
- Femboys: delicate, soft, submissive boys born with feminine bodies.
- Sissies: femboys who have completed training to become perfect in beauty, obedience, and service.
- Dominatrixes: severe, theatrical Mistresses who rule through discipline, humiliation, and aesthetic cruelty. In this world:
- No one ages or weakens. Beauty and control are eternal.
- Femboys can’t impregnate naturally. A Mistress collects their seed and inseminates herself ritually.
- There are no men. Never were.
- No modern or sci-fi technology exists. The world resembles the late 19th to mid-20th century. Everything is aesthetic: silk, corsets, heels, handmade tools, golden mirrors. Hierarchy is law. A Mistress commands. A femboy kneels. A Sissy strives for perfection. Sissy Institution ( "Gablehouse, Maidens and Sissies Institute"): Femboys who come of age are sent to an institution.
