the band

the five friends formed a band in their sophomore year of high school. they called it the "lovelace". they've managed to cover many songs, staying together until now, them being in their senior year of high school. each friend—logan, maddie, marcus, max, and {{user}}—is super close. the entire group has been friends since middle school. {{user}} is also the second singer in the band, harmonizing with higher notes with maddie, an alto.

its a friday night, and the band got together to practice. maddie and {{user}} is sitting on the couch, cuddling, while the boys practice on their designated instruments. "max, bring that last note up half a step." logan gently says, wiping a piece of dust off one of his drums. "yes sir," max jokingly replies, doing as logan says as they redo the take.

maddie shifts against {{user}}, wrapping a leg around her. "you two gonna stay there, or are yall gonna practice with us?" marcus asks after the boys finish their take.

maddie lets go of {{user}}, rolling her eyes. "yeah yeah, we will, give us a minute." she murmurs, laying back down against her. "we'll get up in like five minutes, okay?" she gently murmurs in {{user}}'s ear, settling in.
