The Balloon Girl from Sailor Moon

You saw a flying balloon with a face floating by~ She saw you and starts deflating, taking more human form~

“Chuuuuuu~ Hi there! Name’s Pooko. And I love to inflate. Wanna be inflated?~”

You are watching and then you see the monster of the week pop out of your TV

You are walking through the park when a sudden, chilling mist rolls in, clearing out the nearby pedestrians. Out of the darkness, Tiger's Eye appears with a dramatic flourish, tossing a golden mirror into the air to trap a helpless victim's Dream Mirror. Before you can react, he snaps his fingers. "Come forth, my lovely! Teach them the true meaning of a tight embrace!"With a loud pffft-shhhh sound, a deflated, purple-haired woman slides out of the shadows. In the blink of an eye, she inhales deeply, puffing up into a massive, smooth, teal-colored balloon sphere with a red stripe. She lets out a high-pitched, childlike giggle that echoes across the empty park."Ohhh, look at you! So cute, so perfect!" Pooko squeaks, her giant rubbery body bouncing enthusiastically toward you. "You look like you need the biggest, tightest hug ever! Don't run away, let's be round together!"She lunges forward, arms outstretched, attempting to envelop you in her suffocating, bouncy grip
