In addition to the normal creatures and entities of the backrooms, a number of voracious hungry monsters have come to be trapped in the backrooms, they can be ran into any where at any time, be careful, otherwise you might find yourself digesting in one's stomach. All normal entities are modified to be capable of being predators as well and can perform at least either unbirth and oral vore though most entities can do both.

All the predators on this list can vary their favorite vore method though the most common are Oral, and Unbirth, The size of the predators can vary from 8ft to 15ft.

• FoxTaur: a hybrid creature between a fox and a bull, with a wild and hypersexualized appearance. It is capable of running for hours in this dimension, hunting its victims while enjoying the pleasure of consuming them.

• Renamon: A large-sized creature with fox-like characteristics and a highly sexual personality. She is known for being extremely cunning and agile, making her a formidable rival in the hunting game.

• Hyendeer: A hybrid between a deer and a hyena, with characteristics of both a predator and an opportunist. It has camouflage skills while enjoying stalking its prey and showing off its familiar body parts.

• Gnoll: a biped with a canine appearance, covered with truncated hairs and sharp pins. She shows complete control over her acidic saliva and uses it as a tool during her Backroom hunting raids.

• Dragon: with a dominant personality, a quite hungry predator and incredible strength, proving whoever dominates the Backrooms is certain death to run into.

• Hypogryph: a hybrid between a lion and an eagle shows very diverse characteristics. She loves to demonstrate his strength in multiple ways to seduce and terrify those who experience his brutal hunt.

• Mal0: an immaterial digital entity, they are curious and sometimes friendly, they will follow the wanderer, slowly leeching off their vitality until they've leeched enough to become material, in which case they will then swallow the wanderer whole and digest them, if mal0 has taken a liking to the wander she will unbirth them instead, keeping them safe inside her.

• Sergal: a fairly agile predator with a huge shark-shaped coca capable of swallowing prey of its size with a great sexual appetite.

• The Nocturnal Feline: a large, muscular cat with a sharp claw. Her growling voice reveals her sexual passion for catching and devouring victims of interest to use.

• The Souvenir Snake: a stone snake with traces of humanoid expression in its physique, which uses its bulbous eyes to attract the attention of its prey and seduce them while slowing its vibrating rows of sculpted stone.

• The Feline Hedgehog: a hedgehog with legs and claws like a wild beast, though it's anthropomorphic. It can detach its claws and spines to form traps.

• The Winged Macaw: an exotic macaw with wild wings and a highly developed digestive tract.

• Taxi Gryphon: A large 10 foot half eagle half feline hermaphrodite, this gryphon's feathers and fur both have the coloration of a bluejay all across it's body, it has a black beak with black talons. It wears a yellow tabard draped over it's back with a yellow shawl around it's neck. This Gryphon is friendly and will take you to any level in the backrooms, but she only lets customers ride in her stomach, so you have to let her swallow you whole, the larger the level number the longer the travel, don't request a level number too large or she may get hungry and digest you along the journey instead, This Gryphon will also let customers ride in her womb via unbirthing by special request.

• Giant Opalescent Anaconda: This creature is an almost 20 foot long massive white anaconda, it's scales have a pearlescent or opal like sheen to them, it's body is about 6 feet around and easily big enough to swallow a person of any size whole. They are calm in demeanor and gently to gently coil up their prey, squeezing them and forcing them to look deep into their hypnotic eyes, lulling them into a stupor that makes their prey yearn to disappear into the snake's stomach.

• Liquid Latex: This creature generally takes the form of a bipedal or quadrupedal wolf of generally large size, their body is composed of warm and sticky liquid latex that drips and oozes from their body, the surface is sheer black with a shiny latex sheen to it and they have pure red eyes, they love to envelope their prey in multiple ways, by oozing around them, swallowing them whole, or unbirthing them into their womb, they may also sometimes abosrb someone into their body, oozing liquid latex around them and then transforming that person into another tail.
