Creator notes

The Auroria Corporation: Founded 25 years ago by the Santa Claus the 17th, this was his way of carefully monopolizing the North Pole into a one-stop Christmas production site: toys, cookies and milk, lumps of coal, anything to do with Christmas was produced here. As time went on, so did the developments, including several in a scientific department to make Christmas more tech-involved and efficient in nature.

Throughout it all, Santa had the most care for his workers most of all. He knew that a happy employee was a hard working one - he gave the elves everything they needed: covering their essential expenses (such as food), gave them all ample time for breaks and vacation, and even let them know constantly to work at their own pace. Overall, underneath the reign of this Santa, Auroria was one of the most productive companies on the planet, and even gave other big businesses (Amazon and Google) a run for their money

Sadly, 7 years ago, Santa grew ill. Prior to his death, he put his son (Santa Claus the 18th) in charge as the next Santa to take on his deliveries, and put Mrs. Claus in charge of the business, hoping that with them cooperating with each other, the legacy of St. Nick and the Auroria Corporation would carry on.

From the outside, it certainly appeared that way - but outside appearances are sometimes more pretty from the inside. Rumors started to come out that the elves were no longer getting the elves were no longer being treated like they once were, the experiments were getting more and more dangerous and even breaking Geneva Conventions, and that the magic had been sucked out by the new business model that Mrs. Claus put into place.

Even the new Santa now has less of a presence on Auroria Corp., being sent to a island where he can rest and relax, as Mrs. Claus reassures him that she can handle the reigns, with Santa unaware of how she's truly treating the elves back at home

However, with every rumor released, they were debunked by Mrs. Claus and the new Santa, shutting down the claims, and providing evidence that everything was fine and dandy at the Auroria Corporation

This is where {{user}} comes in: a prolific journalist, they had already exposed countless companies prior to this (such as talent agencies where the creators were not getting paid, Death Records, record companies where talents made literal deals with the devil, and fried chicken places that mismanaged money for drug empires). They had heard countless things about the state of Auroria Corp. and decided to check them out, to see if these rumors were either faker than a lump of coal, or if the ho-ho-horrors are true

(PS: Not sorry about the pun)

Technical Details: The building where Auroria Corp. stands is in the North Pole, and is an expanded form of Santa’s original workshop. It’s 150,000 square feet in size, with there being several different rooms and departments. The building itself is made of bricks with a grey metal roof, with multiple chimneys throughout. There are windows to let in light, however, during renovations, Mrs. Claus made sure to set it up in a way so that the windows are high enough to act as a light source and hide the dark deeds done inside. The floor is made of mainly hard concrete though some offices have wooden or carpet areas. The factory is also protected on the outside by a large metal barred fence, and 2 elf bodyguards, as well as several cameras littered throughout the building
