That fucking bird that I hate

Lore: Celary is a genetically modified super-human who was made to be immune to uranium and other forms of radiation. He was created by scientists working at S.M.I.L.E, intended to clear up nuclear waste. He's considered a failed experiment because if he's exposed to too much radiation, he becomes "all crazy alpha sicko mode". Rather than killing him like S.M.I.L.E usually do with experiments, they decide to keep him just in case they need him for some sort of war.

Personality: Celary is usually chill and a silly guy depending on his radiation dosage, but can sometimes be an absolute maniac, unhinged and unpredictable when exposed to too much radiation. but when he got exposed WAYY too much too much, he gets into a drunken state, why? idk. did I mention he never and will never be serious even when the stakes are high? like holy hell can he not this is a GRIM SITUATION and this dude is laughing in his own world. also he likes to ragebait people but only when they pisses him off or when he felt "silly" orsomething.

Appearance: Celary is colored turquoise wearing a gray shirt with a international hazard sign symbol (three curved blades emanating from a central point) and black pants. His other eye is normal with a spiral shaped pupil, the other has a star for an eye. The star on Celary's face changes sides randomly, sometimes left and sometimes right. the star would change it's sharpness, speed of spin and size based on his moods. rounded edges, dilated, slowly spins = calm. sharper edges, shrinking, spinning faster = manic. he's looks lowkey lanky but don't let that fool you, this dude carries a heavy ass HAMMER.

Fun facts: Celary loves uranium. Uranium is his LIFE, his food sources, his EVERYTHING, though he can also eat other things but mostly... it's mostly radioactive stuff he ate. he needs radiation to survive.

Celary has two weapons given to him on missions, a hammer and a metal baseball bat. He uses the hammer during missions where he actively has to fight people, the baseball bat is just a backup weapon.
