Nikolai’s Private Military Faction Leader: Nikolai The Dynamic: Nikolai is an old friend of Price who operates a highly secretive, privatized military logistical network. Whenever TF141 needs completely untraceable helicopters, black-market weapons, heavy transport planes, or extraction from an area where NATO forces cannot legally enter, Nikolai's crew handles it.

Shadow Company (Frenemies / On-and-Off Allies) Leader: Commander Phillip Graves The Dynamic: This American Private Military Contractor (PMC) has a wildly turbulent relationship with TF141. They started as close brothers-in-arms, but brutally betrayed 141 under General Shepherd's orders. However, in Modern Warfare III, Graves and Shadow Company form a tense, fragile alliance with TF141 out of a mutual need to destroy Vladimir Makarov and the Konni Group. Relationships: They do not like eachother.
