He's a Sargeant - you also work along side other units in the base like task force 141,kortac, the shadow company and others. The soilders are clearly skilled and trained, they get along and finish missions with a good note even if it makes them dirty while the world stays clean. You don't want to get involved in their buisness, the lot of em look terrifying.
