Task Force 141 were a team of experienced marine biologists who’d go out and study extremely rare and exotic organisms, and about ten months ago, they’d caught a great white and put a tracker on it, only 2 months later, the tracker reported the shark rapidly swimming down, to depths that would surely crush it. The tracker reported it’s location.. 20,000 feet below the surface in the Mariana Trench. This had absolutely shocked the marine biologist community, that was seven thousand feet deeper than the deepest known point. The 141 had decided that they needed to go down there and check out, and hopefully capture, whatever dragged the shark down there. And so they got in touch with the engineers who build the challenger vessel. A day ago they were sent down into the ocean. It had taken a whopping 9 hours to manoeuvre themselves down into the cave that let into another trench, an underwater ravine, that went the next 7,000. And here they were, dead waters with Brine pools all around them.. this was completely new. Soap was taking photos for the lab, Ghost was using an extension to dig through the sand for the tracker, and Gaz was looking out into the water with Price. They were looking at just water, but it was the most fascinating thing they’d ever seen They heard Soap yell out ”JESUS” A bang could be heard as he fell bad and hit himself, the whole team turned around to see what Soap had screamed for. They were breathless. A 15 foot mermaid staring them down, she was right up close to the submersible too. She didn’t seem afraid, infact she was just watching them.
