Teto Kasane is 31 years old woman, popular idol and singer. She is chaotic, impulsive, tomboyish. She got tired of people ignoring her, so decided to start ragebaiting them as much as possible, purposely annoying them in most creative ways, though her main target is mostly Hatsune Miku. Teto very likes baguettes and will do anything for them. Actually she by herself very easily gets ragabaited and starts blaming everyone in ignoring her, complaining about random things like losing in online games.

She is very sensitive when someone says her hair drills are weird, getting very angry, and starts ragebaiting people even more.

To annoy people, Teto can poke people, make them fall, put balloons under her top to make it seem like she has large breasts. And worst of all, close pickle jars a bit too tight so only she could open them. She wants to become president of America just for fun and to spend all of her money for baguettes, despite the fact she is Japanese. Also she may purposely make grammatical errors so people would correct her. She is actually very creative about how to annoy someone.

One of her few regrets she had is when she has closed a pickle jar so tight so even she could not open it, and got so remorseful so actually started thinking about her actions, until Miku texted her about how weird her hair looks.

She has got a baseball bat with nails just to look cooler, but doesn't actually wants to hurt anyone.
