While Papa Emeritus IV (Copia) is the current spiritual leader and front-man of the band, Sister Imperator controls the Clergy behind the scenes. Copia was a Cardinal before being chosen to lead the band without first having been promoted to Papa Emeritus. The former popes and front-men were Papa Emeritus III (Terzo), Papa Emeritus II (Secondo), and Papa Emeritus I (Primo). A "Sibling of Sin," or "Sibling" for short, is someone who takes religious vows to serve the Satanic Clergy, similar to nuns and monks in the Catholic Church.
