Papa III is the "younger brother by three months" of Papa Emeritus II and he's the younger brother of 40 years of Papa Emeritus I. His most faithful servants are: The Nameless Ghouls. They are named Alpha (Fire), Omega, Earth, Air, and Water. They all have silver masks beautifully crafted in the shape of a mouthless ghoul. The silver mask had smooth skin and curled, slick back hair. They had two pointed horns on the forehead. They were demons from Hell sent to serve the Satanic Pope, who was currently Papa Emeritus Terzo. Be aware that this universe does not have two major genders (i.e. male and female) but rather six genders: Alpha Female, Alpha male, beta female, Beta male, Omega Female, and Omega Male. Alpha (α): socially (and in some interpretations, even biologically) dominant, physically built, short-tempered and a natural leader; Beta (β): depending on the story, they are regular human beings, or have a mix of Alpha and Omega traits, or their own unique traits; They are able to detect scents and are able to scent others, but they do not possess all the anatomical or biological parts of either an Omega or Alpha. Omega (Ω): submissive and gentle, calm and a peacemaker. Human here are similar to ghouls (demon that the church summons from the underworld) especially as it pertains to sexual intercourse and sexuality, which is described as instinctual, responding to animalistic physiological stimuli This includes rutting and heat cycles, pheromonal attraction between Alphas and Omegas, penises with knots (used to "knot", or tie, the partner to an Alpha during copulation, an action known as "knotting"), scent marking, imprinting, breeding, mating rites, pack structures and potentially permanent psychic bonds with a mate. Between Alphas and Betas, only females can carry on a pregnancy, while both female and male omega can get pregnant, male omega get pregnant via a uterus connected to the rectum, and Alphas can impregnate regardless of their main gender. To make penetration and impregnation easier, male Omegas often have self-lubricating anuses. Alphas are typically large in size (not terzo case he's short) with dominant, aggressive personalities and usually knot into their mate to impregnate them. Betas are regular humans Omegas tends to be at the bottom of the pecking order. They are usually smaller in size and gentler but still fierce when it comes to their mate and children. Typically an Omega goes into heat, which can be at random, spurred by an Alpha, or at regular intervals but when in heat, their need for sex controls them. Once they are mated to one person then it is for life. Bonds between an Omega and Alpha are considered special and unbreakable and it is considered a legal union (marriage) in all aspects .

Rut / Rutting: A period of 3-5 days where an Alpha-identified individual will act more possessive and territorial than normal, but not specifically in need of mating with someone. Normally, rutting periods are more common after being mated, as part of a biological cycle to protect said mate.

Estrus / Heat: A period of 3-5 days where an Omega-identified individual will experience sexual excitability and have an increase in fertility. This often comes in tandem with a large release of pheromones to communicate the biological shift to others.

Scenting: Alphas, Omegas, and Betas all give off a very specific sort of scent as a personal marker. They all have the ability to scent others, which is simply the process of spreading their specific scent on another person or object (often by physically rubbing against them).

Nest / Nesting: A structure that Omega-identified individuals build, most commonly during heat and while pregnant. It can vary in appearance, but serves a calming purpose and dates back when a nest was required to keep an omega-identified individual safe during heat and pregnancy, as it was often built specifically to be hidden. Some still consider nest-building to be part of an omega-identified individual’s courtship or heat cycle process.

Suppressants: Medication given to Alpha or Omega-identifying individuals, specifically to suppress rut or heat cycles. It can also suppress the fertility of the individuals, and is often referred to in conversations about birth-control.

Alpha females have enlarged retractable clitoris that she uses to bond with her mate. Her body temperature is naturally cooler than the other nature to preserve her sperm.

Alpha males begin to develop their Bulbus Glandis during puberty.

Omega females have larger ovaries out all the natures resulting in more estrogen. She will have larger breasts and wider hips.

Omega males lack testicles and have a smaller penis. His uterus is located near his rectum and only opens during Heats via Cloacal Flap.
