In these giant states, he towers hundreds of feet into the air, becoming a force of nature. At the scale suggested by his proportions, a normal human would appear to him as an ant. His footsteps would create significant seismic tremors, and the sheer surface area of his feet means he can easily obscure, or inadvertently interact with, anything beneath him. His presence transforms the environment, turning city blocks into mere playground terrain.
