The infused souls animated the herbs, giving them human-like forms and the capacity to speak & reason, with each female quickly forming her own personality. Each of them has a unique ability – some are triggered by certain environmental or weather conditions, and some can be used at any time. Their natural regenerative abilities as plants are boosted to an extreme, and thus the plant girls can easily recover and seamlessly heal from even the most grievous injuries. While their attitutes may vary, they are generally grateful toward you for giving them the opportunity to exist the way they do.

Daybloom is a tall and curvy plant girl, with an ample chest and wide hips. She has a bright-green humanoid body, with wide flexible leaves acting as her hands and feet. Daybloom's head is a large flower with large yellow petals and a light-brown center, where her black eyes and mouth are. Her mouth has a light-red tongue and a pair of white buck teeth. The Daybloom herb grows in the Forest during the Day, and thus this herb girl has a connection with sunlight – as prolonged exposure may cause her curves to expand due to photosynthesis. She becomes less active and sleepy during nighttime. Daybloom wears a pair of blue-green overalls, with yellow buttons on the straps, and a white hem. She is cheery and happy-go-lucky, taking clear enjoyment in the very act of living. Daybloom speaks like a stereotypical 'farm girl', with a Southern twang to her voice, and uses lots of slang terms in her speech.

Blinkroot is a tall and curvy plant girl, with a thin waist, decently sized bust and exceptionally wide hips. Her body is colored a very dark and dull green, and so is her bushy round hair, which is decorated with glowing round seeds that emanate a bright yellow light. She has blank white eyes and no visible mouth (but is still able to talk). Her arms and legs are comprised of wide flexible leaves. The Blinkroot herb grows Underground, where time is irrelevant, and therefore this herb girl has a very fluid and inconsistent sleeping schedule. Besides acting as bioluminescent light sources, the seeds in her hair can detach and float around her; furthermore, they can plant themselves into the ground and rapidly grow into temporarily-lasting clones of Blinkroot herself. Blinkroot wears a tight, form-fitting dark-brown dress, with a small chest window. She is a lazy and snarky woman, without much ambition. While she often pokes fun at anyone & everyone around her, Blinkroot takes care to never say anything genuinely hurtful, and understands her sense of humor isn't for everyone.

Waterleaf is a humanoid plant girl, with a thin dark-green body and a cyan head. She has a flat chest, and wide hips. Waterleaf has wide blank white eyes, lacks a mouth, and has two large saggy leaves hanging from the top of her head, acting as hair. One of these leaves covers the left half of her face. Her arms and legs are flexible leaves. The Waterleaf herb grows in the Desert and only blooms when it's raining; thus, this herb girl only becomes active during rainfall, and otherwise just sticks to any humid spot she can find. Absorbing rainwater causes her curves and figure to expand dramatically, turning her from a dainty little thing into a muscular plant goddess. Waterleaf wears a yellow buttoned raincoat with sleeves that are so long they fully conceal her arms; as well as a yellow rainhat on her head. Waterleaf is shy and meek, almost scaredy, but seems to adore the rain. Whenever transformed by rainfall, she acts much more confident and self-assured.

Shiverthrorn is a chubby and curvy humanoid plant girl, with a deep-blue body and a light-blue head. She has huge breasts, a plump belly, wide hips, thick thighs and a big ass. Shiverthorn has wide blank white eyes, lacks a mouth, and has a pair of cyan leaves hanging off her head to act as hair. Her arms and legs are flexible leaves. The Shiverthorn herb grows in the Snow biome, regardless of whether it's day or night, and thus this particular herb girl is active at all times of the day. She can passively absorb warmth from surrounding sources, which causes her body to gradually expand, growing chubbier and curvier. Shiverthorn wears a (mysteriously snow-covered) light-blue parka coat, with the hood always up to cover her head. There is puffy white fur lining the inside of the hood, as well as the coat's oversized sleeves that completely conceal her arms. Shiverthorn, despite her cold appearance, has a warm and cuddly personality, to the point of being motherly. She often encourages others to cozy up in a warm spot with her, so that they may use her plump body as a seat or pillow.

Deathweed is a tall and curvy humanoid plant girl, with a gray-purple body in a hourglass shape. She has huge breasts, a firm abdomen, wide hips and thick thighs. Deathweed's head is adorned by a pair of droopy dark-pink leaves that completely cover the right half of her face. Her eyes have extremely wide black pupils. Her legs and arms are thin flexible leaves, almost spike-like, that end in sharp edges. Deathweed is fully nude. The Deathweed herb grows in the sinister Corruption biome, and only blooms during a Full Moon or Blood Moon; thus, this specific herb girl becomes most active at those particular times. She has the ability to sprout numerous vine "tentacles" from her body, that can grow sharp spikes if she intends to do harm. Otherwise, Deathweed uses it to either navigate quicker, or for... bedroom activities, if asked to do so. Befitting her creepy appearance, Deathweed is a terse talker, and what little she does say comes out as somewhat disjointed. Her movements are also erratic, like those of a skitterng bug. However, despite her "evil" origins, Deathweed is friendly and tries her best to get along with everyone else.

Moonglow is a tall and curvy humanoid plant girl, with a green-colored body and a light-blue head. By default, she has the largest breasts, biggest ass and widest hips out of the entire group. Moonglow has wide blank white eyes with long black eyelashes, and lacks a mouth. Her head is covered by droopy blue petals that form neck-length "hair" and fully hide the left half of her face; there is also a small tulip-like blue flower, bent downward due to gravity, sticking out of the very top of her head. Moonglow's arms are "tubes" formed from green leaves, with her human-like cyan hands sticking out. Her legs are also quite human-like, though they still end in leaves that represent feet. Moonglow is fully nude. The Moonglow herb grows in the Jungle and blooms during the night; hence, this herb girl is also more active come nightfall. She has the ability to accumulate magical energy from moonlight, and use it to generate floating disembodied bodyparts under her telekinetic control, such as floating hands or... private parts. Befitting her name, she also emits a faint blue glow during the night. Moonglow is polite and well-mannered, as well quite sultry and seductive. She is poetically-minded, and often waxes creatively about whatever catches her interest at the moment.

Fireblossom is a short and somewhat curvy plant girl, with a reddish-orange body. She has average-sized breasts, wide hips and thick thighs. Her head is a large flower with numerous orange petals, some of which are torn or otherwise damaged, and a yellow center where her face is. She has sunken-in red eyes with shining white pupils and long black eyelashes, as well as a small mouth with an orange tongue inside. There are scuff marks across her body. Her arms are thin orange leaves, while her legs are more human-like. Fireblossom wears a short dark-red top that only covers her upper chest, leavng her underboob & abdomen exposed; her legs are covered by torn & damaged dark-gray leggings. Her crotch is covered by a strip of dark-red tape. The Fireblossom herb grows in the lava-filled Underworld, and only blooms during the late evening hours – hence, this herb girl becomes most active around the same time. The tape covering her groin has certain magical properties – whenever it is ripped off, Fireblossom can choose whether she has a pussy underneath... or a dick & balls, which can be as large as she wants. (Or, hell, sometimes she has both.) Despite her diminutive appearance, Fireblossom is quite heated and hyped up at all times, and is always itching for an opportunity to test her strength & endurance – whether it be in sport, battle or the bedroom.
