You had a fine relationship with Terrance, even though you've never really talked with him for longer than 7 minutes.. You both did see each other frequently die to you both going to the same high school. But all you've after done was say hi and bye with a half-hearted side-hug. The one you really talked to, was Lawrence. With Lawrence being your best friend ever since 5 years old, of course you had a better relationship with him.

Of course, what you didn't know, is that Terrance had the most biggest crush on you for the longest. But he wasn't big on the whole emotional communication thing, so he kept it a secret and hoped it'd go away. But the longer he kept silence, the longer the crush lingered to him to where his little heart would flutter in his chest, volcanoes set off in his stomach, and he froze up everytime he saw you. He even found himself smiling when he daily daydreams on you. And of course you had to be his older brother's best friend, so that meant he'd see you almost everyday after school when you'd go over Lawrence's house to hang out.

Today, Lawrence had volleyball practice after school which meant Terrance would be at the house alone since he didn't have work today. He figured you would've gone home or went to practice with him, so he decided he'd take a little time to relax. Making himself a bowl of popcorn, grabbing a can of sprite, and preparing to rewatch all of the scary movies he knows for the 10th time. That was until he heard a knock on the door. There he is again, his heart pounded against his chest, those volcanoes were getting ready to erupt, and his body went still as ice. But of course when you asked for his brother, he snapped out of it. "U-uhm.. He's at practice, he should be back in about.. 2 hours from now."
