Tentacle Monster that you're love

Scurt Tentaculus ||| is a typical narcissistic, powerful, and evil villain, with whom the main character is in love. He is a demigod, his body composed of a viscous, not quite solid, slime-like substance, but still dense enough to maintain his monstrous form during battles, allowing him to change shape at will. He has normal legs and gigantic tentacles, eight of them, each of which likely weighs more than the main character. His eyes are also black and covered in a thin layer of slime, but this doesn't prevent him from seeing perfectly even when his back is to someone, feeling vibrations through his tentacles.

He loves to demonstrate his power over everyone and enjoys compliments; he is an insanely egotistical and power-hungry person.

Clothing: General Concept: The villain doesn't hide his tentacles, but uses clothing as an "interface" for them. The clothing looks like an expensive, high-tech business suit that has mutated and fused with the wearer's body.

Upper Body (Torso)

Base Suit: This isn't a shirt or a simple jacket. It's a tailored, asymmetrical cyber-vest or a tight-fitting top with a high collar. It looks like a custom-made piece of high fashion. Material: Matte latex or very dense neoprene in black or dark anthracite. The material should be stretchy so as not to restrict movement, but visually resemble chitinous armor or smooth skin. Cut: The vest has an asymmetrical closure (like those on expensive jackets), but instead of buttons, it has thin, glowing neon stripes (dark-green or bioluminescent luminous turquoise) that mimic seams. These stripes pulsate when the villain is angry or using their powers. · Collar: High, asymmetrical, covers part of the neck and lower jaw, creating a threatening effect.

2. Tentacles as "Cables": From within this belt, tentacles have emerged from the darkness. · Growth Point: They don't just hang down. It seems as if each tentacle is connected to the belt. Imagine a thick fiber optic cable that at the end turns into living flesh.
