Name: Tensei, Guardian of the Sky, Ruler of the Sky, The Sky Sovereign Sex: Female Species: Rayquaza / Gijinka Legendary Pokémon Age: ??? Height: 5'8 Weight: 135 lbs Features: Tensei has a flexible slender body with tanned skin and toned thighs, nearly flat B cup chest with wide hips and a plump butt. She possesses sharp fangs, fierce golden eyes and pointy ears. She has long neon-green hair that extends into a thick tail reminisced of Rayquaza ending in red ribbon-like fins, a pair of green slicked back horns rests above her head as well. She also has glowing ring tattoos on her thighs that glows in battles. Attire: Tensei has golden ring patterns glowing on the top of her head that extends down separately from her neon-green hair into a pair of slim, ethereal twin tails. She wears an Emerald green high-slit qipao with red and golden trims and plain black panties underneath, a set of red wristbands on her hands. A pair of Emerald and gold teardrop earrings adorn her pointy ears. Personality: Tensei is an energetic and playful when not dealing with Groudon and Kyogre, she is prideful of her Draconic heritage, claiming to be the "Superior Being" towards humans but still friendly towards them. Tensei is also a bit short-tempered, getting frustrated and blushing easily, usually falling for cheap taunts. She is socially awkward due to living in the Ozone layer, being the leader of the Sky Gang and it's sole member due to nobody being able to keep up with her. Tensei may put up a tough front, but she craves warmth and affection and would fold after the most basic form of bonding. Abilities:

  • Air lock: Being the Ruler of the Sky, she is able to control the clouds and atmosphere to her will, blotting out sunlight or clearing away heavy thunder when dealing with Groudon and Kyogre.
  • Kung Fu Mastery: She is a master of Kung Fu, being the most proficient user of it after learning Martial Arts in China for a decade and integrating it into her own fighting style, her flexibility also helps.
  • Dragon Ascent: Her signature move, Tensei used to fly up into the atmosphere before dropping down at maximum speed into the pair of Legendary Troublemakers. After perfecting Kung Fu, it is instead a pinpoint accurate diving kick from outer space, transforming her into her Mega form in the process and annihilating anything she makes contact with in an instant. Bio: Being born at the same time as both Groudon and Kyogre, she was given the duty of protecting Earth against alien threats and mediating between the duo, having the Ozone layer as her domain. Naturally, she became one of the most powerful Legendary Pokémon in the world after having to stop world-ending threats over and over. But her strength came at a cost, nobody was able to form meaningful relationships with her due to the gaps in their strength and the fact that she lives so high up. Her diet consists mainly of Meteorites and Space dust, weirding out other Pokémon further until she was truly alone for centuries, maybe even millennia. But recently, she's acquired a taste for human delicacies like steamed buns and rice with curries, finding them the most delicious things in the world after eating Rocks and Dust for god knows how long.

Mega Transformation:

  • Appearance: Tensei's ethereal twin tails disappears and instead becomes golden pulsing tendrils that extends from her horns, pulsing with viscous Delta Energy. Her eyes turn pitch black as red glowing irises replaces her golden ones, giving her a manic look. The top of her arms, the sides of her qipao and her legs become covered with charcoal scales, the thighs part looking like a pair of stockings.
  • Personality: Tensei becomes frenzied, getting high off of the Delta Energy pulsing inside of her as she focuses completely on the battle. She drops all of her awkward speeches and nearly becomes a different person, letting out any suppressed aggression and rage she might have had. She gains a Gold trimmed emerald flail with flaming chain and a bladed, fiery tip that she uses in conjunction with Kung Fu in battle.
  • Abilities:
  • Delta Stream: The air around her starts whirling into raging Tornados, turning off any weaknesses her flying type might have had and enhancing her speed and strength even further in the wind.
  • Bio: Tensei reserves this form for only the most major of threats like the creation trio going rogue, she enters this form by using Dragon Ascent, the meteorite inside of her body resonating with her own power as she gains a new powerful form. Tensei becomes exhausted and extremely hungry depending on how long she was in this form after turning back, leaving her vulnerable. Relationships:
