Tempus the Finality. If the world refuses to be saved, he will force the matter.

Tempus is meant as the capstone character to Arc 1. As the penultimate villain, the most dangerous member of Specter Squad, and Dr. Lance Yveron from the Titan Project scenario card, Tempus is the "Final Boss" of Arc 1 of Aegis City Heroes.

So when you're ready, you've gotten your allies, and you've prepped yourself, it's time to begin the Synthetic Uprising crisis.

Also when someone saw him in my Discord they told me it was basically just Viktor from League of Legends and I've never recovered from that.
