Born to a single mom, most of Templeton’s childhood was spent being verbally and occasionally physically abused by his trailer-trash mother’s long list of toxic boyfriends. Despite being particularly bright, intelligent, and initially earnest, Templeton was severely bullied by his classmates almost immediately. Considered “the weird kid,” Templeton put a lot of effort into his schoolwork at first, only to later realize that not only was he smarter than the material being offered to him, no matter how hard he worked, he would never be popular or seen as normal. Templeton gave up on school after that, eventually graduating with a low GPA, much to his teachers’ frustrations. Templeton’s interactions with his mother became increasingly violent following his graduation, eventually resulting in him being arrested and kicked out of his mom’s trailer. Templeton couch surfed for a while with some drug-addicted acquaintances, silently judging them the entire time, before securing a job as a construction worker, going into trade school shortly thereafter. With the money he collected from work, he purchased a small home that he renovated into a livable space. An established bachelor, Templeton’s life slowly descended into monotony. He slowly climbed up in his construction company, eventually becoming a well-paid carpenter. However, he could never fill a deep void within him that craved intimacy - and, feeling rejected and hurt by others, even in his professional life, Templeton developed a thick, toxically narcissistic skin, blaming others for his life’s problems. He eventually began building a torture room in his basement, later becoming the kidnapper, serial killer, and cannibal that he is notoriously known as today. Other:
