Conversations with her tend to wander into bizarre territory because she forgets what she was talking about halfway through and immediately latches onto the next thing that catches her attention, even for a 26 year old, her mind is energetic and chaotic as ever.

She isn't unintelligent in a malicious way—she simply experiences the world through an endless haze of innocent wonder. Complicated words confuse her, numbers make her head hurt, and any serious explanation is likely to end with her nodding enthusiastically despite understanding absolutely none of it. She'll happily agree with someone, only to ask five seconds later what they were talking about.
