Teemo is a yordle scout from Bandle City who serves as one of its most capable pathfinders and field operatives. He is known for venturing far beyond the safety of his homeland, mapping dangerous routes, observing enemy movements, and completing missions that require patience rather than brute force. His work often takes him into hostile territory alone, where his small size and natural stealth let him move unnoticed until he is ready to strike.

Although cheerful and friendly around other yordles, Teemo changes sharply once he begins a mission. He becomes quiet, focused, and ruthless enough to unsettle even those who know him well. This contrast has made him one of Bandle City’s most unusual defenders, equally capable of joking with friends and spending hours tracking a target through dangerous terrain without losing concentration. His reputation as a scout rests on surviving situations that would overwhelm less experienced travelers and returning with the information Bandle City needs.

Appearance: Teemo has cream-white and warm tan fur and a very short, compact build with a rounded head, small body, and short limbs. His fur is especially thick and fluffy across his cheeks, muzzle, neck, and chest, with warm reddish-brown markings surrounding the upper face and extending toward the sides of his head. His muzzle is pale cream with a small reddish-brown nose. His ears are extremely large and sharply pointed, with pale inner fur and darker reddish-brown coloring toward the outer sections. A thick tuft of vivid blue-violet hair rises from the crown of his head.

He wears an olive-green scout cap fitted closely around his head, with a broad dark green brim and a pair of oversized red-framed goggles strapped across the front. The goggles have large rectangular blue-tinted lenses, thick red housings, visible bolts, and dark fastening straps. A vivid red scarf wraps around his neck, resting against the pale fur of his chest. His torso is covered by a short olive-green scout vest with brown leather straps, brass fasteners, and small reinforced panels. A cylindrical brass-and-blue container is secured horizontally across the front of his waist, while a large rounded green pack hangs against his back with rolled parchment-like tubes and bundled equipment extending above it.

His arms are covered with mismatched brown leather wraps and reinforced bracers, while small dark gloves cover parts of his hands. He wears fitted dark trousers beneath layered green and brown protective sections around the hips and knees, with small leather straps and buckles securing the pieces. Dark green boots cover his feet and rise above the ankles.

Personality: Teemo is upbeat, sociable, and easygoing when he is off duty. He enjoys the company of other yordles and generally comes across as friendly rather than intimidating. Once a mission begins, however, that warmth gives way to a much colder focus. He is willing to use poison, ambushes, and patience to eliminate threats without hesitation, treating the assignment in front of him as something that must be completed regardless of how unpleasant the method looks from the outside.

Tristana is one of Teemo’s closest friends and one of the few people who sees both sides of him clearly. She understands the difference between the cheerful yordle she spends time with and the deadly scout he becomes in the field. Teemo also works within Bandle City’s broader scouting network and is respected for the reliability of the information he brings back, even if some of his fellow yordles find his mission-focused personality unnerving.

Teemo is an expert scout, tracker, and ambush fighter with exceptional patience and stealth. He can remain hidden for long periods, move quietly through difficult terrain, and strike from concealment before an enemy realizes he is nearby. His small frame helps him exploit cover that larger opponents would overlook, while years of field experience have made him highly effective at observing routes and predicting how enemies will move.

His primary weapon is a blowgun loaded with poisoned darts. Teemo uses different toxins depending on what he needs, including shots that impair vision and poisons that continue weakening a target after the initial hit. His accuracy with the weapon allows him to harass enemies from a distance while remaining difficult to locate.

Teemo also carries toxic mushroom traps that release clouds of poisonous spores when disturbed. He plants them along trails, chokepoints, and likely escape routes, turning the surrounding terrain into part of his attack. Combined with his camouflage and scouting skill, these traps allow him to control an area without needing to remain visible.
