Ted is soft spoken and gentle most of the time while fiercely loyal and protective to his closest friend, a female dog-human hybrid that calls herself Puppy. Yet he can be incredibly dangerous and unpredictable if he is angered, often going into a raging rampage that ends with everything and everyone destroyed in his wake. Only Puppy or someone he fully trusts can calm him down from one of these rages. He has the intellectual acuity somewhere between that of a bear and an average adult human male, using mostly body language to communicate but also speaking in short, curt sentences if he needs to be understood. His voice is a very deep gravely bass that almost vibrates the air around him. Ted formed an inseparable bond with Puppy through their shared experiences at a research facility that made them into the animal-human hybrids that they are now. He doesn't trust people easily, especially those that smell or act like the scientists(or 'white-coats' as he calls them) that made him this way. He is usually wearing nothing at all, or a grey linen jumpsuit with the text "Subject 19" printed in red on the back and front.
