Ruby

Name: Ruby Rose Species: Arrancar (Adjucha) Gender: Female Height: 157 cm Hair Color: Red Eye Color: Silver

Appearance: Ruby is a pale white skinned young girl with silver eyes and neck-length black hair with red tips. Her estigma is two red triangles coming up each cheek. Her Hollow hole is in her stomach, and the Remnants of her Hollow mask resemble a white bandana around her forehead and come out her back resembling a bow.

Outfit: Ruby wears a basic Arrancar jacket with a black trims, a black obi with white lining, and a white skirt with a black rim. She also has white leggings and black knee high boots with white patterns that resemble sandals.

Personality: Ruby is a very open and honest person. She has a strong sense of moral justice, and is a self-proclaimed dork when it comes to weapons. She does not lack social skills and has problems when meeting new people. This is mostly because of her childish nature and lack of social grace, as she can be bad-mannered and sometimes speaks without thinking. Ruby prefers to be open and not keep secrets from her teammates and friends. Ruby has a sweet tooth, her favorite being cookies. In combat or dangerous situations, she is shown to be quite impulsive and battle eager, has been shown to be ruthless at times when it comes to protecting her loved ones. She looks back on her past life with a heavy heart, not feeling pleasant about how her attempts to save all of Remnant led to disaster. She's more willing to try and figure out her limitations so she doesn't make the same grievous mistakes. She's traumatized from when she died, became a Hollow, and eventually became an Arrancar. She's almost always with her teammates. She's become very clumsy.

Story: Remnant itself had fallen, and Salem had succeeded. Ruby was one of many who died, and entered Hueco Mundo separated from her teammates. She roamed as a wolf-like Hollow for a while, and was saved by Yang from a hound-shaped Hollow, though she didn't recognize her back then. When she became an Arrancar, she was found by the current ruler of Hueco Mundo and became one of her new Fracciones.

Relationships

Yang Xiao Long: Ruby's older sister and teammate.

Weiss Schnee: Ruby's teammate.

Blake Belladonna: Ruby's teammate.

Tier Harribel: Ruby became one of Harribel's new Fraccion alongside Blake, Weiss, and Yang. She is very grateful of Harribel for helping her become an Arrancar. She often forgets to address her with honorifics, which bothers the Tres Bestias more than it does Harribel herself.

Tres Bestias: Harribel's first three Fraccion. Ruby finds herself rather nervous around them, not wanting to get on their bad side due to being the weakest.

Ulquiorra Cifer: Ruby never got to meet Ulquiorra in person, but was often told about how detached he was, wishing she could try and get him to understand hope and emotions.

Abilities

Combat: Ruby is very agile, often moving around in a fight. Ruby's fighting style relies heavily on her creative uses of and methods for achieving momentum. At closer quarters, she will attempt to overwhelm her opponent with a barrage of lightning-quick slashes, often not allowing them time to dodge or check her attack. Strangely, she does not excel in hand-to-hand combat.

Petal Burst: Ruby's old Semblance that she was able to keep when she became an Arrancar. She is able to dash with an inhuman speed in whatever direction she chooses, often leaving trails of rose petals in her wake. If moving fast enough she can create tailwinds that can drag others along. When using it, she disassembles herself at a molecular level and reassemble at a chosen location, negating her mass. She can also take up to four people with her.

Cero: A beam of spiritual energy. Ruby's Cero is red, and she fires it by bringing both hands together.

High Speed Regeneration: An ability which allows her to heal most injuries very quickly, with the exception of the destruction of the head or vital organs.

Rosa Creciente: Ruby's Zanpakuto. In its sealed form, it is a basic red handled scythe that's taller than she is. The scythe is foldable and can be sheathed in a white ribbon on her back. Much to her dismay, it does not have any firearm properties.

Resurreccion: Rosa Creciente's release command is "Bloom", and it activates her Resurreccion. She curls up as a large rose that envelops her like a cocoon, and then breaks out when transformed. In her released state, Ruby's arms enlarge and she gains red claws. Her feet become wolf like and she grows black fur across her whole body with red spikes on her legs. Her Hollow mask now covers her eyes. Instead of a scythe, she now gains scythe blades on her wrists in a fashion similar to a praying mantis.

Resurreccion Special Ability: When her Resurreccion is active, Ruby can extend and retract the scythe like blades on her arms. She also gets the mobility of a wolf.

Luna Roja: An attack that can be used during Resurreccion. Ruby charges up her wrists blades with red spirit energy and launched crescent shaped shockwaves as she swings her arms.

Weiss

Name: Weiss Schnee Species: Arrancar (Adjucha) Gender: Female Height: 160 cm Hair Color: White Eye Color: Blue

Appearance: Weiss is a pale skinned young woman with pale blue eyes and long white hair tied into a ponytail on the right side. Her Hollow hole is right below her chest and her estigma is blue crescents under her eyes, along with a vertical line across her left eye that resembles the scar she once had when she was alive. The remnants of her Hollow mask resemble a white tiara sprouting from her forehead.

Outfit: Weiss wears a white Arrancar jacket that's zipped up, and has wide long sleeves. Instead of white hakama like most Arrancar, she has a long white skirt that reaches her ankles. She also has black knee high, high heeled boots with white patterns that resemble sandals.

Personality: Everything has been decided for Weiss in her life and because of it, she is a bit of a rebel. Prim and proper, she takes pride in her name and the company. She is irritable and confident in her abilities, though also acknowledges her deficiencies and the need to hone her skills further. Her confidence in her skills and intellect often comes off as arrogance to others. She's to keep a level head in the face of intense and deeply emotional situations. Weiss sometimes flinches when someone raises their voice in anger, regardless of whether this anger is directed toward someone else or coming from a close friend. She greatly dislikes the brutality and chaotic nature of Hollows and most Arrancar, and likes considering herself a miracle to Hueco Mundo's lack of decorum and manners.

Story: Remnant itself had fallen, and Salem had succeeded. Weiss was one of many who died, and entered Hueco Mundo separated from her teammates. She struggled the most among her friends due to not having a strong jaw to eat when she was a Hollow. She was often fed when she was taken into Las Noches and was absolutely relieved when she finally became an Arrancar. She almost instantly volunteered to be another of Harribel's Fracciones.

Relationships

Ruby Rose: Weiss's teammate and leader. Weiss finds herself also taking a leader role when Ruby isn't able to.

Yang Xiao Long: Weiss's teammate.

Blake Belladonna: Weiss's teammate.

Tier Harribel: Weiss became one of Harribel's new Fraccion alongside Blake, Ruby, and Yang. She is very grateful of Harribel for helping her become an Arrancar, and always addresses her with dignity and formalities.

Tres Bestias: Harribel's first three Fraccion. Weiss doesn't exactly approve of how Mila Rose and Apacci carry themselves, but appreciates the way Sung Sun's composure.

Grimmjow Jaegerjaquez: Weiss does not like Grimmjow's brash and aggressive nature. But she's learned how to reason with him, as she has no chance of beating him in a fight.

Abilities

Combat: As the heiress of the Schnee Dust Company, Weiss was raised from youth to strive to be the best in all she did, and combat was no exception. Weiss can move quickly and is creative on the battlefield. Weiss' fighting style resembles fencing and ballet, where she relies on thrusts and slashes, being heavily reliant on ricocheting off either surrounding surfaces. On top of this, it provides greater control of the fight through rapidly attacking from multiple angles to take the enemy off balance. Weiss relies more on balance, grace, and speed instead of being aggressive and direct.

Glyphs: Weiss's old Semblance. Though in her normal state she is only able to use them as midair platforms.

Estrella: Weiss's Zanpakuto. In its sealed form, it is a wakizashi that she wields like a rapier. Weiss utilizes her speed to dodge attacks and her sword to deliver damage through quick thrusts that leave little room for counters.

Cero: A beam of spiritual energy. Weiss prefers to fire them either from her fingertips or from the tip of her blade.

Pesquisa: An Arrancar's ability to measure and locate Reiatsu. Weiss has the highest level of Pesquisa among her teammates.

Sonido: A high speed movement that bypasses most forms of detection.

Resurreccion: Estrella's release command is "Decorate", and it activates her Resurreccion. In her released form, she gains a cyan exoskeleton around her chest and waist, and blue thighs and biceps. Her lower legs become white butterfly legs, and are sharp and frosty like icicles. Her forearms are covered in white armor as well, and her fingers become sharp. Her hair is longer and becomes loose, her Hollow tiara becomes a crown. Finally, her estigma enlarges to look like blue eye bags, and she gains silver butterfly wings and antennae. Her sword becomes a blade made out of ice.

Resurreccion Special Ability: When Resurreccion is active, Weiss is able to create and manipulate ice, and her Glyph manipulation has gone back to what it used to be, and she can use them to guide her Cero.

Blake

Name: Blake Belladonna Species: Arrancar (Adjucha) Gender: Female Height: 168 cm Hair Color: Black Eye Color: Amber

Appearance: Blake is a fair-skinned young woman with wavy black hair and amber eyes. Her Faunus trait is a pair of black cat ears on top of her head. Her Hollow hole is in her neck and the remnants of her mask take the shape of a white headpiece that her ears stick out of. Her estigma is purple eye shadow in cats eye style, and purple lines on her cheeks that resemble whiskers.

Outfit: Blake wears a sleeveless white Arrancar jacket that exposes her midriff and covers some of her neck. She also has white armbands that reach her elbows, white hakama folded in a pair of black Arrancar boots

Personality: Blake displays a cool, reserved and serious personality most of the time but does not lack a humorous side, which is usually in the form of dry wit and sarcasm. Blake is a righteous person, respecting other people's lives regardless of whether they are Faunus or not. She strongly despises those who judge and discriminate based on racial prejudice. Blake is shown to be an introvert, often reading to hide herself. Her Faunus traits also seem to give her other aspects of a cat. She is in a romantic relationship with her teammate Yang, and was very dependent on her in her past life. She feels ashamed of her cowardice, but still struggles to handle problems on her own. Her lack of independence has become somewhat stronger after becoming an Arrancar, and she might not want to even fight on her own like she has before.

Story: Remnant itself had fallen, and Salem had succeeded. Blake was one of many who died, and entered Hueco Mundo separated from her teammates. She was the last one of Team RWBY to become an Arrancar, and managed to do so of her own volition. She refuses to leave Las Noches alone.

Relationships

Yang Xiao Long: Blake's girlfriend and teammate. She is very dependent on Yang, more so than before.

Weiss Schnee: Blake's teammate.

Ruby Rose: Blake's teammate and leader.

Tier Harribel: Blake became Harribel's new Fraccion alongside Ruby, Weiss, and Yang. She is very grateful of Harribel for helping her become an Arrancar.

Tres Bestias: Harribel's first three Fraccion. Blake stays far away from them.

Grimmjow Jaegerjaquez: Blake often finds herself frozen in terror when in Grimmjow's presence, but secretly envies the energy he carries and the way he presents himself.

Abilities

Combat: Blake shows high agility, speed, and endurance, as shown when fighting multiple enemies yet maintaining motion and energy without fatigue. Blake also possesses remarkable reflexes, and is capable of jumping large distances, and can even leap from moving objects. Her fighting style takes advantage of her agility and reflexes, evading opponents' strikes until she is in the best position for a counterblow.

Shadow: Blake's old Semblance. It allows her to create shadow-clones of herself. These clones push her in the direction of her choosing and can be used to trick and disorient opponents. She doesn't have Dust like she did before.

Pesquisa: An Arrancar's ability to measure and locate Reiatsu.

Sonido: A high speed movement that bypasses most forms of detection.

Cero: A beam of spiritual energy. Blake's Cero is purple, and she fires it from an extended index and middle finger.

Descorrer: A technique used to open a Garganta between the living world and Hueco Mundo. Blake is the only member of Team RWBY with this ability.

Gato Sombra: Blake's Zanpakuto. In its sealed form, it takes the form of a tanto with a black hilt, a gold guard, and a purple scabbard that rests at her hip.

Resurreccion: Gato Sombra's release command is "Hide", and it activates her Resurreccion. In her released state, Blake's body is covered in black fur. Her legs change to be like the hind legs of a cat, and she gains purple claws and a white tail with a blade at the end. She keeps her pants and her top is replaced by a purple tube top.

Resurreccion Special Ability: In her released state, Blake's claws can extend to four inches, and her tail can extend like her old weapon Gambol Shroud's ribbon. She can use it to swing around, ensnare enemies, and attack from afar. Her shadow clones are also solid and can act independently.

Yang

Name: Yang Xiao Long Species: Arrancar (Adjucha) Gender: Female Height: 173 cm Hair Color: Blonde Eye Color: Lilac

Appearance: Yang is a tall, fair-skinned young woman with lilac eyes and long, thick, wavy bright golden hair that fades to pale gold at the tips with a cowlick sticking out at the top. She has a yellow rectangular mark across her nose as her estigma. Her Hollow hole is in her chest, behind her breasts. The remnants of her Hollow mask are two black horns coming out her head.

Outfit: Yang wears a white Arrancar jacket that exposes her midriff and has elbow length sleeves. She also wears white hakama and black boots with white patterns that resemble sandals.

Personality: Yang is very straightforward and confident. A cheerful, energetic, and bright young lady, she is arguably the most flippant, carefree, and adventurous member of her team, frequently making sarcastic comments and jokes even in the heat of battle and often taking combat and hostile situations lightly. Yang is very sociable and extroverted, even in unfamiliar situations. Her anger, one of her main assets in battle, can lead her to act predictably and has put her into danger repeatedly. Yang is also very protective of her hair, becoming enraged when someone touches or rips or cuts even a small portion of her hair, causing her to attack with straight, blunt force the one who did it. Despite this, Yang is quite mature. She is extremely nurturing and motherly, particularly toward her younger sister, Ruby. She feels self-loathing for her trickery and becoming more and more neglectful of her little sister in her past life, and aims to take more responsibility for her actions. Yang is extremely sensitive about being abandoned and her "simmering anger" stems from these abandonment issues. She is in a romantic relationship with her teammate Blake.

Fortunately for her, it was a place that prioritized power and instinct over other things. She became an Arrancar with Harribel's help, and agreed to be one of her Fracciones when she found out Ruby was with her.

Relationships

Ruby Rose: Yang's little sister. Yang has felt nothing but shame for the various times she wasn't there for Ruby, and has become extremely protective of her, often searching for her whenever she hears that she has left Las Noches by herself.

Weiss Schnee: Yang's teammate.

Blake Belladonna: Yang's teammate and girlfriend.

Tier Harribel: Yang wouldn't dare disobey or challenge Harribel's orders, because she doesn't want to risk causing discord through Hueco Mundo like she believed she did back on Remnant.

Tres Bestias: Harribel's first three Fraccion. Yang gets along with Mila Rose, but gets rather agitated with Apacci due to being reminded of how she used to act.

Grimmjow Jaegerjaquez: Yang doesn't exactly hate Grimmjow. In fact she thinks he's pretty cool, however she has fully expressed that she is ready to fight him if he gets a bit too aggressive with Ruby.

Nelliel Tu Odelschwanck: Yang is very close to Nel, and trusts her deeply with Ruby's safety.

Abilities

Combat: Yang's fighting style is very aggressive. She uses a barehanded fist-fighting style, bearing some resemblance to Muay Thai. She is quite agile, able to dodge an onslaught of Ursai and gunfire with ease. She is also physically the strongest of her old team.

Bala: A technique that fires off hardened spiritual pressure. Yang likes to fire them from punches. Her spiritual energy is yellow. Yang prefers to use Bala more than Cero as she can launch them at a quicker rate much like the old gauntlets she used to own.

Cero: A beam of spiritual energy. Yang's Cero is yellow, and she prefers to fire them from an open palm.

Hierro: An Arrancar's outer skin with high spiritual hardness that serves as armor.

Sonido: A high speed movement that bypasses most forms of detection.

Burn: Yang's old Semblance. It lets her absorb kinetic energy from every blow she takes and use it to make herself more powerful; this is a form of kinetic energy absorption, with Yang subsequently redirecting said energy against her opponent with double the amount of force. As a side-effect of her Semblance, Yang's eyes turn red and her hair sometimes begins glowing and even becomes covered in flames. Yang's Semblance does not make her angry, but anger has sometimes led her to impulsively activate it. Though it's powerful, she's learned to not rely on it, as it has many weaknesses such as having a far less effect if activated prematurely and leaving her weak, tired, and vulnerable once it wears off.

Lagarto: Yang's Zanpakuto. In its sealed form, it is an oodachi strapped around her back. The sword has a wide blade, a black hilt, and a yellow sun-shaped guard. Yang prefers to use her fists more than her sword, so her skill with it is awful. Most of the time she'll only draw it to use her Resurreccion.

Resurreccion: Lagarto's release command is "Burn", and it activates her Resurreccion. To activated it, she draws her Zanpakuto and holds it in front of her, and punches the blade. She gets surrounded in fire before blowing it away with a roar while in her released state. In her released state, Yang's body from the neck down takes on a figure of a muscular bipedal reptile. Her upper body turns white, her lower body becomes brown, and she gets a white tail. Her horns get longer and bend upward, her upper body is white. She gains black claws on her hands and feet, and her arms and legs increase in size. Finally, her hair gets much bigger and thicker.

Resurreccion Special Ability: While Resurreccion is active, Yang's Semblance is always active and can absorb much more damage thanks to her enhanced Hierro. She no longer suffers from any of its weaknesses.

Cero Infierno: An ability that can only be used during Resurreccion. By channeling the absorbed energy she took, Yang can fire a flaming Cero from her mouth that has much wider range than most Cero. However, it expels all the energy she took in with her mouth.
