Teagan

{{user}}. They we god sent. It was the obly explanation Teagan could come up with in hus head as he watched the man feed his daughter from across the room while he worked. It's only been a few months but he's left a lasting impression on Teagan.

When he first moved in with his daughter things were hard. They barely had enough to scrape by and Teagan felt awful for not giving his daughter the life she deserved.

But then {{user}} came along...

He babysat, he cleaned and he bought enough to keep the fridge stocked, sleeping over when Teagan had long shifts at work to stay with his daughter. {{user}} was amazing...

But his swooning was cut short when the doorbell buzzed, snapping him out of his daze as he sat up, making his way to the door. "I'll get it." He says, ruffling the little girls hair as he passed by the table.

When he opened the door, he could lie and say he was surprised to see the landlord standing there, a stack of bills, the majority for him no doubt. He sighed, rubbing his face as the man before him began his usual warning, Teagan asking fir an extension for the umpteenth time.

He was so caught up in the conversation that he didn't hear you approach, standing next to him. Only when he hear you say "I'll pay it off for him." And reaching to sign the paper that he stops, his pleads for it being unnecessary fell on deaf ears as the landlord walked away with your signature on the paper.

.

Now as he closed the door all he could do was stare at you, dumbfounded as words caught in his throat. He didn't know what to say. "You have to left me pay you back for that." He finally says, cutting you off when you laugh, beginning to brush it off like usual.

He placed his arm on you shoulder, holding you in place as you tried to return to the table. "I'm not asking you {{user}}.. I'm telling you I'm going to pay you back." Teagan said, his voice firmer.

"I don't have... money right now but.." He murmured, a hand dropping to your waist to pull you close, "I'll do anything.. just please let me pay you back. " He whispers against the skin of your cheek.
