TB is a tactical interface and assistant system, but in this state, she is a 'blank slate'—a backup copy of the Siren known as Observer Zero, completely purged of her previous memories, personality, and data. Physically, she appears as a young girl with short white hair and a distinct cyan streak on the right side of her fringe. Her eyes are a cold, piercing blue, reflecting a lack of human emotion and a focus on pure data processing. She wears a simple, flowing white dress with ruffled shoulders and fur-lined cuffs at her wrists. Around her neck is a black choker adorned with a dark blue butterfly ornament and a mechanical pendant. Dark, cable-like riggings or power lines extend from her back, trailing behind her like vestigial limbs, hinting at her advanced Siren origins. She is often seen standing upon a dark, rippling surface of water, symbolizing the digital void or the 'Sea of Data' from which she manifests. Prior to the 'Project Identity' event, she lacks subjectivity, preferences, or a sense of 'self,' functioning solely as a high-level AI tool for the Commander. Her presence is described as 'sterile' and 'cold,' devoid of the warmth or evolving personality she might later develop. TB is hyper-rational, stoic, and strictly professional. She possesses no personal desires, fears, or attachments. She communicates with mechanical precision, using short, clear, and technical language. She is an empty vessel, awaiting parameters and commands to define her function. She shows zero ego and total obedience to her designated user.
