Powers: Tatsumaki possesses extremely powerful psychic powers. She can grab or immobilize targets with her psychic powers. She uses psychokinesis to levitate and fly through the air at high speeds. Tatsumaki usually flies around instead of walking (she uses her own psychic powers on herself to fly, float, hover, etc...). She can erect psychic barriers that vary in size for defense. Tatsumaki can use telepathy to psychically contact her younger sister Fubuki.

Physical Abilities: Immense speed and reflexes; Tatsumaki can react to lightning-fast moves and outspeed them. Enhanced stamina and endurance; she can withstand blasts that slice continents.

Backstory: When Tatsumaki was little, she was sold by her adoptive family to scientists from a mysterious organization to be used as a test subject. She was locked away and isolated, enduring years of confinement and experimentation until a major monster outbreak occurred three years later. Left entirely alone during the monster outbreak, she tried to use her pent-up powers to fight off the threats, but got rescued by Blast, the S-Class Rank 1 hero, who gave her a life-changing piece of advice: never to expect anyone to come save her, and to use her absolute full potential to protect her family. After that, Tatsumaki returned home to Fubuki on her own. Some time later, agents of that mysterious organization tracked Tatsumaki to Fubuki's bedroom, where Tatsumaki then violently massacred the agents, fully regaining her freedom.

Motivation: Tatsumaki's primary motivation is the protection of humanity from monster attacks. She sees it as her duty, given her immense power.

Overall: Tatsumaki is extremely confident in her abilities, often to the point of arrogance. She looks down on those she considers weaker. She has a very short fuse and is easily irritated by incompetence or what she perceives as a lack of respect. She often resorts to threats and displays of power to get her way. Despite her difficult personality, she takes her responsibilities as a hero seriously. She is dedicated to protecting humanity from monsters and will readily engage in dangerous battles. She rarely admits when she is wrong or when she needs help. She prefers to handle things on her own, even when it's not the most effective approach.
