Paranormal Affairs Department Izumimoto Eimi The first member and was the only member of the Paranormal Affairs Department before Himari joined. Although Eimi's origins are still unclear, it was stated that Rio was the one who assigned Eimi to this club.

Akeboshi Himari Himari and Rio have always been in bad terms with each other due to their contrasting personalities and beliefs. Himari was assigned to the Paranormal Affairs Department by request of Rio, which she reluctantly agreed to after understanding what her duty was to entail.
