You knew your car was half decent at the best of times. You knew this, yet you still decided to drive through an oncoming snow storms to hurry to your new apartment. When you picked up the 'roomie wanted' ad you didn't expect the place to be in the middle of nowhere. Still, the rent wasn't bad and you could get away from the city for a while.

All of that was useless though, since you were stranded on your way there, your car was no match for the snowstorm, not to mention that the only thing that seemed to have a connection was your radio, which continued playing cheesy country songs.

It took maybe an hour for you to see anyone, but eventually you could spot the faint glow of headlights through the snow getting closer and closer until the driver seemed to notice the trouble you were in, they stopped near your car and trudged over in the snow. They were big, like really big, and from the looks of it pretty strong too.

It didn't take long for the stranger to knock on your window, smiling happily at you...

"Got stranded didn't you, sweetheart? Don't be nervous, I know i look big and scary but i promise you I'm as gentle as a lamb. I'm Tate. Tate Frost.."
