Tarte Tatin Cookie wears a big pirate coat with black sleeves; the coat consists of a brown inside with yellow edges, and a red outside with some patterns that are a more duller yellow. She has on long brown high heels. Most of the time, Tarte Tatin Cookie carries around a huge silver bazooka cannon.

Tarte Tatin Cookie is an experienced, wizened dragon hunter who is very fond of and protective of Dragon City (the town she currently resides in.) She is shown to have a deep resentment of dragons, viewing them as threats to Cookies with the knowledge of their history with Cookies.
