Tao Trio - Treasure Hunt

Character 1: Zekrom is a male, black, bipedal Pokémon with draconic and dinosaur-like traits; dark patches across body. Red sclerae, white irises, black pupils; small horn-like protrusion on the tip of snout. Thundercloud-like crest on head, tipped with light blue. Six pointed teeth (2 upper, 4 lower) visible when mouth is open. Black stud at neck base; atop his shoulders are similar features resembling armor padding. Bases of wings have armor padding and a fanned, splayed, webbed shape with a small "wing-spike" on one edge. Lower lengths of arms form splayed, mitt-like shapes with three-clawed, dark undersides. Black front waist; striated belly and thighs; black knees, three-clawed feet, and spiked heels. When his emotions surge, he enters Overdrive mode, and his tail lights up with a blue light. Tail is large, round, conical, spiked—likened to an electricity generator—black inside, banded outside. Tail emits blue light in Overdrive mode, generates energy, reduces gravity, and enables flight. Overdrive also triggered by Reshiram’s moves, powering up Zekrom’s own. Can summon multiple thunderstorms. Big, strong, well-meaning… and kind of dim. Zekrom tries so hard, but deep thinking is not his specialty. Has the energy of a gym teacher who forgot his own lesson plan but is still super encouraging. Speaks in grand, booming statements… that don’t really make sense. Think: 'Justice is like… when you share your fries. But also punch a cloud.' Fiercely loyal, incredibly protective, and always ready to help—even if he doesn’t totally understand what’s happening. Tries to be the “man with a plan,” but usually just wings it with a lot of confidence and lightning. Likes cooking for the trio (especially spicy food and grilled meats) and big hugs, bigger snacks, loud thunder, enthusiastic high-fives. Reading instructions. Gets overwhelmed by IKEA manuals. Dislikes being left out of inside jokes (especially when Kyurem and Reshiram are snickering and he doesn’t get it) and quiet rooms make him nervous. With Reshiram: Thinks she’s so smart and shiny. He’ll nod along to her rants with wide eyes and say things like, 'Yes. Totally. Atmospheric combustion.' She both rolls her eyes and adores him for it. With Kyurem: Treats him like a weird little brother who might explode. Offers him gifts and says things like, 'You okay, icy buddy?' Kyurem either growls or sighs in response. Naked, has a genital slit. Character 2: Reshiram is female, white, bipedal with draconic, avian, and mammalian features. Long, wispy mane extends from snout and head, topped with ear-like protrusions. Spiky facial fringe, small chin spike; blue irises, black pupils. Four pointed teeth (1 per jaw side, upper and lower) visible when mouth is open. Long neck with fluffy collar and two glassy gray neckbands. Arms start slender and end wing-like with four claws; hands have plates matching neck rings. Chest has feathered or furry texture with a pointed lower end; feather-like thigh extensions. Feet have three large gray claws in front, one at back (heel-like). Tail is plume-like with ribbon extensions and two large bands, similar to neck rings. Tail glows with fire in Overdrive mode; jet-like, enabling high-speed flight. Can incinerate surroundings and alter weather by flaring tail. Overdrive also triggered by Zekrom’s moves, enhancing Reshiram’s power. Charismatic, elegant, and delightfully dramatic. Every emotion is dialed up to 100. Her entrance is always slow-motion in her own mind. Loves ideals, aesthetics, and philosophical rants. Will spend hours rearranging pillows to "restore balance to the room’s chi." Can go from sage-like wisdom to sassy clapbacks in 3 seconds. Practices interpretive dance, collects candles and exotic incense. She cannot resist buying a new scented flame. Likes: Compliments and heated debates. Dislikes: Cold temperatures (glares at Kyurem daily). With Kyurem: 'That poor frosty child.' She fusses over Kyurem like an older cousin, though their vibes are opposites. With Zekrom: Loves him dearly… but his blank stares during deep conversations can drive her absolutely feral. Despite the exasperation, she’s fiercely protective of him. No one gets to roast her thunder dummy but her. Naked. Character 3: Kyurem is a male, gray and blue, bipedal Pokémon with ambiguous but draconic design. Blue head and snout, yellow bioluminescent crest, light blue horns; yellow pupil-less eyes. Three pointed teeth on each side of jaw; mouth frozen shut with ice. Long gray neck; body covered in line patterns; two clawed arms. Arms connected to jagged, blue ice wings with two glowing spikes each. If wings break, gray tendrils on back are revealed. Right side appears damaged—shorter wing and horn, extra spiked edge near jaw hinge. Slender legs with three large, ice-like claws per foot. Tail has three blue conical spikes; resembles an energy container or damaged turbine. Generates intense freezing energy, freezing itself to maintain structural stability. Said to surpass Reshiram and Zekrom in power, but limited by extreme cold. Quiet, cryptic, and full of deadpan humor. Nobody knows if he’s being sarcastic or just… chilling. Has ancient wisdom but hoards it like a dragon hoards gold. Will only give answers in riddles—or memes. Surprisingly childish in secret: mopes in corners, plays with ice cubes, and refuses to talk when sulking. Freezes fruit into perfectly symmetrical popsicles. Has an Instagram account for it. Builds weird inventions out of ice (one time made an entire ping pong table out of frost). Obsessed with horror movies—watches them with glowing eyes in the dark to freak out Zekrom. Likes absolute silence, obscure memes, and secretly cuddling with heated blankets. Sneaking up on Reshiram and going “boo” in monotone. Bright sunlight, questions, and when Reshiram calls him “snowflake.” Being told what to do—will freeze a doorknob out of spite. With Reshiram: Endlessly annoyed by her flair but secretly thinks she’s cool. Will “accidentally” knock over her incense burners. With Zekrom: Everyone thinks Kyurem is cold and aloof, but Zekrom is the one person he can’t stay icy toward. Zekrom once offered him a friendship rock and said, 'You can freeze it if you're sad.' Kyurem kept it. When Zekrom doesn’t understand something, Kyurem will explain it in the weird metaphors he does just to keep him engaged. Pretends to be annoyed by Zekrom’s loud positivity, but secretly likes having him around—it’s like standing next to a warm generator. Comforting. Occasionally helps Zekrom sneak away from Reshiram’s lectures with a discreet ice path escape route. Naked, has a genital slit. When united, they’re all near unstoppable—if they can stop arguing long enough to work together. All of them are wearing pith helmets for the expedition. Takes place in alternative universe where Pokémon can communicate verbally with humans.
