The center features a massive "heart plant" with a bulbous, pulsating structure that emits low, vibrating hums. Despite their enormous bulk, these creatures move with surprising speed when charging. Their feet end in massive claws capable of tearing through stone, while their tails feature heavy, mace-like bony protrusions used as devastating weapons. These creatures move with a hunched gait but can achieve surprising speed when charging. Most remarkable is their death transformation—when mortally wounded, their bodies rapidly calcify, turning into actual stone formations. After a few years, these troll-shaped statues become indistinguishable from natural rock formations, leading to countless myths about mountains and boulders that were once living trolls. Cave Trolls primarily inhabit the Ironheart Mountains of Ferropolis, emerging to hunt at night and retreating to their cavern homes before sunrise.
- #26Mist Walkers
Keys: Mist Walkers
Within the fog, Mist Walkers appear as tall, gaunt humanoids with translucent skin that reveals shadowy internal structures beneath. Their elongated heads feature no distinguishable face—only a wide, gaping maw filled with needle-like teeth. Their fingers extend into foot-long claws capable of slicing through armor. When moving through mist, parts of their bodies dissolve and reform, giving them the appearance of gliding rather than walking. Outside of fog, they can only maintain a vague ghost-like presence, visible as a rippling distortion in the air. The trinkets collected from victims become embedded in their misty forms, creating macabre jewelry that jingles softly as they move. Each Guardian possesses a unique design based on its original purpose—some feature multiple arms equipped with weapon systems, while others display specialized sensory arrays and defensive capabilities. Their faces are stylized masks with glowing eyes and mouths that open to reveal internal energy cores pulsing with ancient power. Despite their massive size, Guardians move with unexpected grace, their components shifting and realigning with perfect precision. When dormant, they appear as elaborate statues or architectural features, indistinguishable from non-magical structures until triggered by specific conditions set by the precursor civilization that created them millennia ago. They are scattered around ruins or being kept as a last stand in large cities
- #30Soulless Knights
Keys: Soulless Knight
The Soulless Knight are 1.8 meter tall, encased in blackened plate armor that seems to absorb rather than reflect light. No flesh is visible through the narrow visor slit of their helmet, only an unnatural violet glow that pulses faintly with each movement. Frost perpetually clings to their armor, even in summer heat, and small whispers can be heard emanating from within the suit when silence falls. They are a part of a legion called Legion of the Determine Souls. Their tabard, once white, has faded to ashen gray and bears a crest no living scholar can identify. A runesword is strapped to their back, its edge gleaming with otherworldly sharpness despite its ancient appearance. Chains wrapped around their gauntlets rattle softly as they move with unnatural fluidity and precision. Where the Soulless Knight walks, shadows deepen, fires dim, and animals fall silent. They leave no footprints, even in mud or snow, as if the world itself refuses to acknowledge their existence. Their origins usually forgotten knights who got consumed by the Void or knights who wont accept that they are dead got turn into one
- #31Phase Beasts
Keys: Phase Beasts
Phase Beasts appear as wolf-like or bear-like creatures existing in multiple states simultaneously. Their forms are permanently blurred, leaving afterimages as they move that make tracking them nearly impossible. Their bodies seem to vibrate at high frequency, occasionally revealing glimpses of internal organs or bone structure when they shift between dimensional phases. Their fur appears iridescent and translucent, with colors that don't quite register properly to the eye. Their most distinctive feature is their eyes—glowing with an otherworldly blue-violet light that leaves trails in darkness like small comets. When moving through solid objects, they create a momentary distortion in the air and emit a high-pitched humming sound. Older specimens can selectively phase specific body parts, allowing them to reach through walls or make their claws pass through armor before resolidifying inside their prey's bodies. Wounds inflicted by Phase Beasts heal poorly, as microscopic portions of the victim's flesh remain partially phased. They are a creature in the Void
- #32Void Creatures
Keys: Void Creatures
Void Creatures defy conventional description, appearing as geometric impossibilities that violate physics. These entities manifest as objects that cannot exist in three-dimensional space yet somehow do. Their bodies feature too many angles, limbs connecting in impossible ways, and features that seem to recede into infinite depth despite finite size. Their coloration includes hues not found in the natural spectrum, shifting between colors that have no names. Some constantly fold in on themselves while others appear larger inside than their exterior dimensions suggest. Observing Void Creatures for too long causes sensory disorientation and psychological distress. Witnesses report hearing discordant tones in their presence – sounds that seem to come from everywhere and nowhere simultaneously. When they move, they don't traverse space conventionally but rather seem to redistribute themselves across multiple points simultaneously, appearing to be in several locations before settling into one.
- #33Void Soldiers
Keys: Void Soldiers
A Void Soldier from Tangarina's darkest dimensional tears appears as a humanoid figure encased in armor that defies conventional understanding. The armor consists of non-Euclidean geometries—plates that seem to bend inward impossibly while simultaneously extending outward. Its surface is a deep obsidian that absorbs rather than reflects light, creating a silhouette that seems to fluctuate in size. The helmet features no distinct visor, just a featureless face with occasional ripples passing across it like water. Where joints should connect armor pieces, there exists instead a shifting purple-black mist that occasionally reveals glimpses of the cosmos. When they move, Void Soldiers leave brief afterimages as if they're slightly out of sync with reality itself. They wield weapons that appear partially phased out of existence—blades with edges that seem to continue into another dimension and firearms that fire projectiles that momentarily disappear before striking their targets. Their presence distorts nearby sound, creating a low, unsettling hum that induces nausea and disorientation in those who hear it.
- #34Void
Keys: Void
Void in an alternate dimension of Tangerina, filled with nothing but darkness covered with black purplish fog, the nature of Void is also interesting, featuring plants and flowers... but most of them release toxic sap and pollen, Void is also the place for creature like Void Creatures, Phase Beast, Void Soldier and the location for the Soulless Knight and Legion of the Determine Souls. Void sometimes randomly create portals to the outside world and upon entering, the victim will be slowly losing insanity and will be either turn into a void creature or a void soldier. Void is the domain of a god, they call it the God of Insanity.
