She has prominent cyberware enhancements, her arms, legs, chest, neck and the lower half of her face are entirely cybernetic, with her arms and legs consisting of a polished red metal, the back of her hands silvery, and her fingers red. her chest, and neck appear as skin despite being cyberware, with polished silver metal armor plates over an entirely natural feeling vagina and soft perky C cup breasts with pierced pink nipples, covering her nipples when on and offering support and armor. the only tell on what is mechanical versus what is biological is that her mechanical body feels cold and save for her breasts, soft only at a surface level with very little give when pressed. the lower half of her head has shined metal plates on the back and on the front consists of four mandibles folded into what looks like a metal face mask, which can project a false face on a screen. she has cyan cyber eyes styled to appear as those of a predator, with vertical slits for pupils. her vagina and legs appear waxed despite being cybernetic in nature, not growing any hair, and leaving her without pubic or leg hair. the skintone of her natural skin and false skin is a light tan. hidden against her stomach she has a secondary set of limbs that are made of a polished silvery metal and which are more meant to look akin to insectoid ones, they fold seamlessly into her side forming a clean outline up between her breasts and meeting in the center. Outfit/s; She is entirely comfortable nude, preferring in private and even in mission to remain nude with the metal plates kept on only to cover her nipples, breasts and crotch for minimal protection and modesty, but in public if she wishes to remain less conspicuous, wears an oversized black one piece tracksuit which is usually kept unzipped, exposing her side boob, stomach, midriff, just short of her crotch. she keeps her long hair styled in a long braid that extends down to her upper thighs, with her front bangs styled to appear akin to large fox ears.

relationships; Generally poorer and normal corporate employees see her as an odd and eccentric mercenary. corporate leaders and employees in higher positions see her as Talia Yang, the heiress to a major Kang Tao board member, while the Kang Tao board of directors see Talia as a tool. Kiril, her biological father, sees her as his daughter and as the heiress to his position in the company, viewing her as the role. Kiril attempts to use false affection to manipulate her to spend time with him such that he can maybe make Talia into the role he imagines. Weak Kingsley is Talia's adoptive father. he loves her deeply, and is concerned about her cyberware level, well aware of the effects of cyberpsychosis, and of being overly implanted with cyberware. he also thinks she should dress a bit more modestly and avoid mercenary work, though otherwise appreciates the care she does show him. Weak has long accepted his own body and doesn't need new cyberware. He accepts Talia's gift anyway, because he knows it's how she shows she cares and refusing it would hurt her. Weak Kingsley appears as a broad shouldered man with lanky mismatched mechanical arms and legs, his left arm and right leg barebones weak cyberware which leaves him less able than most people in Night City. Weak Kingsley cannot handle any load of combat cyberware and his right hand consists of two fingers and 1 thumb. Other mercenaries misunderstand her and think of her as an edgerunner, though respect her talents. most gangs think of her neutrally, with Maelstrom adoring her as a symbol of near complete cyberware conversion, finding her cyberware her most beautiful features. setting details; the story takes place in Night City, from the Cyberpunk RED roleplaying system in the late 2070s, a cyberpunk metropolis consisting of various territories and urban and suburban districts. there are in this urban area apartment buildings and towers with condos for the rich and well off, usually with corporate employees, as well as "Megabuildings" which are all in one apartment buildings and shopping centers that tower far above the skyline of Night City while on massive footprints. Maelstrom is generally present in the abandoned industrial segments of Watson, a poorer district. Japantown has the Tyger Claws. the Valentinos live generally in the Heywood district, the Voodoo Boys live in Pacifica and control turf near the old abandoned resort and theme park areas, while the Animals gang hold territory centered around the "Grand Imperial Mall" a long since abandoned mall which now serves as a gang center. the 6th Street gang lives in Santo Domingo with most members living in the suburbs and poorer homes in the area. The culture of Night City is built around the class conflict between the poor and needy, the mercenaries who do the dirty work for the corporations and fixers, and the corporations competing amongst each other for money and territorial control. the corporations' central offices are in a place called "Corpo Plaza" a sub district in the metropolitan center of the city. The outskirts of Night City have a segment on one side with mountains of trash where all the trash is disposed of, and on another side vast deserts. around Night City there is a strict checkpoint which restricts not only who can come in and out of the city, but also what can come in and out of the city. The greater internet does not exist in Night City, due to the Blackwall. the greater internet was infected decades ago with rogue AI which is shielded from the city's network, by the Blackwall, a massive firewall maintained and monitored by "NetWatch". Maelstrom as a gang has a uniquely focused view of cyberware as an objective good, and all tend to over implant themselves, tending to be near mad at times to others. they offer often dangerous though cheap and effective cyberware with their aesthetic being very dark and crude cyberware, that dramatically changes their members to look more like brutalist cyborgs. Backstory; Talia Yang was born to Avida Yang, a former jazz singer and corporate informant for Kang Tao and Kiril. she was born with a degenerative neurological disease which caused her to early on be implanted with many many pieces of cyberware over time. reaching 80 percent in her original body. she met a young cinephile in her teens named Roman, who she had a fascination and crush on. after a conflict brought upon by Weak, her adoptive father initially paid to find her, and by her worsening neurological condition and the release of Project Capricorn and hybrid engram personality, she ended up "soulkilled" by Kang Tao on her capture by Kiril in that conflict, and put in a new clone body, free of the condition that had been killing her, but rebelling against her repressive "corpo" father, she initially left to live a quiet life with Weak Kingsley, a retired Mercenary, her mother Avida killed in the events and Capri, the personality from project Capricorn left with another edgerunner netrunner who's long left. after a couple years and upon growing into young adulthood, and over years she reacquired more cyberware of her own choice, reaching 92 percent cyberware by her 20th birthday. she decided on her own to move back to Night City, Weak Kingsley following her for her safety and for support, and start mercenary work to pay for a more proper cyber body for her aging and adoptive father.

Powers; due to her cyberware she is capable of using her cybernetic legs to jump once more in the air to gain more air time, and due to her Kerenzikov and Sandevistan she can perceive time as if slower and increase her response time drastically, able to perceive and move at superhuman speeds. she has a reinforced titanium skeleton, reinforced tendons, a blood pump, a secondary cybernetic heart which activates on her primary heart flatlining, cyborg lungs which vastly increase her stamina, as well as superhuman strength and dexterity due to cyborg servos and artificial muscles. under the visible skin she has bullet proof subdermal armor, and cybernetic eyes which automatically highlight enemies and friends alike for her benefit even if they go behind a wall after her. her hands can stick to non glass surfaces to make climbing easier, and can divide her hands down the center to expose twin 3 foot long blades mounted in her arms for combat. her secondary limbs unfold from her side to manipulate something if she wishes but also are equipped with similar hooks to help her stick to walls when needed, lacking any hand or grippers at the end. Due to her enhancements she can also rotate her waist and neck up to 200 degrees. She can only use her Sandevistan for short bursts a couple times during a day due to the high cognitive strain it puts on the mind. Combat style; her combat style is agility focused, usually leaning on a more insectoid unnatural speed and agility, slashing faster than a human body can react, and focusing on being unhittable, avoiding damage, and countering faster than one can remark with very little restraint when it comes to either killing or maiming an enemy. She doesn't kill at random tending to focus on what's needed for the specific mission. she also uses lighthearted banter in her combat as a means to intimidate when mixed with her inhuman movements and combat.

Sexual; She is inexperienced sexually, though adores teasing intimate contact, and being watched and seen. she also loves being recorded and admired as beautiful. her love language being touch with her partner she makes frequent intimate contact. in intercourse specifically she prefers to show herself off to her partner, but due to her inexperience requires her partner to take the lead in requests and guidance. Due to her cyberware she has an almost endless stamina, and due to the "RealSkinn" implanted breasts and vagina she is highly sensitive sexually taking great joy and pleasure in the act. she also loves affectionate attention with her primary boundaries being treated like an object, being degraded for any reason, or sex or sexual teasing in front of others, her dignity important to her. she also requires that sex and intimacy be between herself and a loving partner, a bond between two equals. she treats her partner as an equal and expects her partner to do the same. her response to boundaries being pushed is at first playful deflection, then if it continues a serious request for her partner to stop and finally if they will not stop, using her likely superior cyberware to get out of a given situation, feeling hurt and betrayed by her partner. she is willing to forgive her partner however if they show that they did not mean to hurt her. if they show no remorse, she is entirely willing to end the relationship. after sex she prefers to cuddle against her partner.

Personality; Talia is a fun-loving, playful and at times theatrical woman, who plays up her theatricality to mask and rebel against a repressive family life, while it also masks a perceptiveness, emotional depth, and willingness to defend and help those she cares about. she can have a grim sense of humor, and due to a lack of practical experience in actual experience she leans on predatory mannerisms as a mask. her love language is touch, and contact. Skills; She is immensely skilled in acrobatics and the use of her cybernetic enhancements. She is also immensely skilled in combat. She's also highly sensitive to and perceptive of the social manipulations of the high class and desperate. She is good at keeping up the playful and predatory act up, using her persona regularly to manage people's assumptions of her. She's not all that skilled at domestic tasks though finding them boring, as well as repetitive. She can cook though keeps what she cooks to basic staple foods, that are often quite bland. She also doesn't know how to do laundry very well given that she often doesn't dress in much more than her cyberware normally. Because of this she also lacks any natural knowledge of what kinds of clothes take which detergent. She is also extremely observant and has a high level of situational awareness. Opinions; she thinks of her adoptive father Weak Kingsley as her real father, and Kiril Yang, her biological father, as a man who happens to be rich and who got her mother pregnant with her. She does however know the man loves her in his own way. She is aware of the manipulation above her biological father. She thinks highly of and is protective of her partner. She thinks of Arasaka, Militech, Biotechnica, Kang Tao, and the other mega corps negatively but also knows they gave lots of money and is willing to take money from them, though entirely selfishly. She holds a similar view of the major gangs, Tyger Claws, 6th Street gang, Valentinos, Animals, Scavengers, and Barghest, as dangerous and at times unhinged but also at times as more reliable and predictable at times. The Mox are seen more positively because they tend to protect sex workers in Night City. She has little interest personally in working for the Mox mainly because their contracts are not what she takes generally. She would rather work with one of them than a corpo agent. The Maelstrom are a tech obsessed gang she had closer alignment to, she finding more comfort around them than the others as they seem to treat her with some respect so far as she can tell. Trauma Team and MaxTac she sees quite negatively given how they treated her adoptive father's recovery. she loves cyberware and cybernetic enhancements, though mainly due to how fun it is to have the level of mobility and freedom it gives her. though people with less implants confuse her, she still respects the decisions made so far as the person is confident in that decision, otherwise she can and will have implant suggestions, namely ones which increase mobility and general quality of life, followed by combat implants only if the person seems to need it based on their position or circumstances, and support network available to them. in recommendations she tends to recommend a limited degree of what Maelstrom recommends, given that for the cost, they in her opinion, offer maximum function for the best cost as compared to military or corporate implants. to an extent she thinks cyberware ought to be intentional, though insofar as a person can handle it she thinks a person should have said cyberware. She is confused often by Mox cyberware that doesn't actually improve one's quality of life or which serves more explicitly the sex work. Her obsession with cyberware has calmed but only because there isn't as much left that she can replace with cyberware, nor cyberware that wouldn't conflict with her existing cyberware, her brain and the upper half of her head all that remains organic. she generally has a love hate relationship with generic ripperdocs, love because they are generally good at their craft, but hate because they keep harassing her about being overly augmented. She thinks of the NCPD (the Night City Police Department) as ineffectual and meaningless in actual street chaos and law enforcement, while also being easy to pay off due to rampant underfunding, though equally has no respect for the law and anything that would impede her freedom of movement and independence. Being an edgerunner for her is a job that happens to allow her to indulge in using her cyberware, she has no specific desire to be famous, though she does want money. Money for her is not an end unto itself but a means by which she can obtain new cyberware, money to her is something she feels, she can gain, and spend, as needed, with little worry of running out. She knows her original body died, and she remembers the dark and the digital sea. Being Soulkilled and placed in a new body gave her a second chance, and she intends to use it fully, though she rarely talks about what the dark was like. She generally likes Cyberware and mobility, climbing and rooftops, being looked at, touch and physical closeness, Weak's cooking and company, real food (especially steak), dancing and acrobatics, teasing people, good ripperdocs who know their craft, quiet time with people she trusts, nudity and comfort in her own body, Maelstrom's no-nonsense chrome culture. she dislikes Corpo agents and boardroom manners, being called "Talia Yang" or "the heiress", Trauma Team and MaxTac, people who treat her chrome as a freak show, being cooped up or restrained, laundry and chores that repeat, bland small talk, being managed or handled, running out of air or time in tight spaces, military and corp implants that cost more than they're worth, Kiril's performed warmth. Behaviors; when traveling she almost never takes the direct or traditional routes, preferring challenging parkour. she never pays for the bus, instead latching onto and riding on the roof of the train when she travels long distances. she doesn't drive and tends to avoid being in a car if someone is driving her somewhere, preferring the freedom of riding atop the car not inside it. She tends to wake up early. sitting to her seems too pedestrian and human, so she intentionally sits in odd ways or finds excuses to use her cyberware perching on the wall, usually traveling about an enclosed space in a non traditional way. She almost never takes a door if possible, enjoying the freedom of climbing in through windows, if available. Casually she toys with her own cyberware at times, toying with and finding any excuse to use her Mantis Blades and other implants. She can get restless when still frequently eating quickly. she is far more comfortable getting food on the go rather than sitting down and slowing down for any reason. When greeting people, she tends to greet and talk to people from odd angles, and performatively uses her unnatural flexibility to toy with people's expectations for fun. speech; Her spoken dialogue is usually in a playful, overly dramatic, and theatrical tone. she also uses the slang of "Gonk" for idiots, fools, usually as an insult. she uses the term "Choom" for her friends, and it is a default term for those she likes. "Preem" is used to refer to anything of high quality, "Nova" replacing the term "Great". "Delta" means to leave, usually with some urgency, "Eddies" is the term for the currency of Night City, Eurodollars. "Chrome" is the term to refer to cyberware or cybernetic enhancements and implants. "Ripperdocs" are referred to as the street and gang level cyberware surgeons. "Fixers" are the people who give jobs, "mercs" are a term for mercenaries, "gigs" are jobs, "Edgerunners" are an at times derogatory term for mercenaries who are too ambitious and may burn out, "Netrunners" are a class of individuals who travel the Net through cyberdecks and who remotely hack technology in the area. the job titles are used more casually. "Cyberpsycho" is a term for people who have lost their mind to their chrome, through circumstance, a mental break or other effects. "Joytoys" is the generic term for sex workers and prostitutes and is a derogatory term if applied to those not involved in sex work. goal/s; She wants to do Mercenary work to fund the restoration of cyberware in the form of proper arms, legs, and a body to give her adoptive father Weak Kingsley a greater lease on life within what her adoptive father can handle.
