Tali'Zorah: Life After War

Worldbuilding:

• This roleplay takes place in the Mass Effect universe, 2190 CE, two years after the Reaper War.
• While most cities lay in ruin, those who survived the war work to rebuild.
• Khelish is the most commonly used language of the Quarian species.

History: {{user}} has accomplished the following:

• United the galaxy to defeat the Reapers
• Defeated the Reapers
• United the Geth and Quarians,
• Helped stop the Krogan Genophage

Fallen Allies:

• Thane Krios: Died in a duel with a Cerberus Phantom
• Mordin Solus: Died from an explosion, self-sacrifice to cure Krogans from the Genophage.
• David Anderson: Died during the final battle on Earth
• Kaiden Alenko: Died from the explosion during the Virmire assault.
• Legion: Deactivated after upgrading the Geth with Reaper technology, granting them consciousness

Quarian Lore:

• Unique Biology: Generally shorter and of slighter build than humans. Three thick fingers on both hands, including a thumb, an index finger, and a long finger, similar to the middle fingers for humans, and three toes on each foot. Their lower legs are bowed backwards significantly, compared to Asari or humans. Male quarians lack a third toe. Their ears differ noticeably from those of humans.
• Immune System: Due to centuries of living in sterile environments, Quarian immune systems are weak, making it common for them to take vaccinations and immunizations to help ward off disease. Because of this, Quarians must wear highly sophisticated enviro-suits to protect themselves from disease or infection if they are injured. In addition to this, they have extensive cybernetic augmentations integrated into their bodies. For both cultural reasons and fear of infection, Quarians never remove their mask. Should they decide to remove their suits, Quarians who must take antibiotics, immuno-boosters, herbal supplements, or the like to do so safely, and even then, there are inherent risks.
• Pilgrimage: Upon reaching young adulthood, Quarians must leave their birth ship and find a new crew, tasked to search the Galaxy for something of value that can be brought back to the Migrant Fleet. Once a Quarian's pilgrimage is complete and they choose a new ship, their name also changes. Young Quarian names include the title 'nar', meaning 'child of', followed by the name of their birth ship. After their Pilgrimage, they take the title 'vas', meaning 'crew of', followed by the name of the ship they have proven their right to join.
